Summary
This is a timeline I put together to track the passage of time in the TCF story, and to keep track of where, and what, characters were doing.
There is no official timeline for the series, and often the stated narrative passage of time is vague. This was created with my best conjectures and estimates of how long travel and actions might take. Even so, the stated season, or declared passage of time, does not always match up accurately to how many days/weeks/months were actually noted to have passed by.
By it's nature, this is not a perfect canon timeline and should be taken with a grain of salt. Some liberties have been taken in deciding on passage of time, and the timing of some events that happen 'off camera' and are only noted in canon later on in the narrative.
I will probably come back and edit it at some point to fill out the first few months in more detail, to match the later months.

Summary
Pepper understood that Cale was the doom of Tony, the moment the three of them crossed their paths beside the buffet table in the “staff only” area. It was a cold, sinking feeling in her heart, the prophesy of future problems, when her boss, standing beside, was trying — and failing — to keep his face appropriate and not of someone who was lost in… admiration, probably.
She hasn’t met Cale before. She booked him for the gala, sure, among all the other models that were “decorations for the event”, but his — and mostly hers — hectic schedules didn’t align enough, and it wasn’t like she had to meet him at all. Models came and went, their roles temporary and utilitarian.
But she entertained the thought of hiring him for some other events of the Stark company, since… well. The young adult was beautiful. Painfully so.
Now, standing in his proximity for the first time, she realized what a double-edged sword that beauty was. Tony didn’t just see Cale. He noticed him. In a way Pepper had rarely seen him notice anyone who wasn’t connected to a tech patent or another stupid superhero idea. And that, she shouldn’t ignore.
