“Hey, Ben is the fourth favorite. I’m a solid third.”

“The Little Latverian Chapel, if you want to get exact.”
“With a Doctor Doom impersonator officiating.”
“He said we were his favorite couple of the night, by the way,” Johnny said, yawning. “And he just smiled and nodded when you told him you were actually Spider-Man.”

Grian smiled at him, wings settling into their resting position, forming an almost heart like shape. “How long have you been wanting to ask me that?”
“Oh, you know,” Scar glanced away.
Grian laughed, a wonderful, free sound Scar treasured. “Guide me?” He asked, a request whispered into the world.
“Always.” Scar lead him into the first steps of the dance, a simple back and forth motion. Grian leant forward, relaxing into Scar’s chest. Scar smiled, pressing his lips into Grian’s hair. “Forever and ever.”

Summary
Scar can’t help his weak chuckle, eyes falling from Grian’s face. His shoulders sag, “Should’ve known I wouldn’t be able to hide it from you for long.”
Worry grows in his chest as he watches Scar. “Hide what from me..?” Grian slowly asks, concerned. Has Scar been keeping something from him? The thought almost hurts to consider, with how close the two of them are. With how much Grian has shared with him.
Opening his mouth to answer, Scar hesitates, unable to push the words out. He looks at Grian, nervous, “Just… promise before you kick me out or hate me, you’ll listen to my reasoning?”
Grian makes a face at the very idea of kicking Scar out, as well as the possibility of hating him. Grian doesn’t think there’s any part of him that could ever hate Scar. But still, he looks at Scar and nods, “I promise.”
scar is an incubus working as a lab assistant to grian, who happens to be researching the paranormal. grian, his boss, has no idea of scar's demonic origins because scar hasn't told him. oh, and scar's also in love with him.
