CHAPTER 1
Bin had just finished his latest VLive in which he did a mukbang. He was full and satisfied. As he was making his way down the passage, he heard music coming from the practice room. It could only come from one person at this time of night. Rocky. He wasn't surprised when he opened the door and found Rocky dancing to their upcoming title song One from their full length album All Yours. As Bin looked on, he took the time to watch Rocky. Bin hadn't watched him without Rocky noticing someone was watching him before. He picked up for the first time in many years, that this Rocky danced differently. His moves were more fluid and more tight where they needed to be in the song. It came to the dance break, which he would be center for, that was added to the MV that would come out and he went hard for it again. Bin just watched him mouth agape. Had Rocky always danced like this in front of him and the others before? He couldn't remember ever seeing it in all the time he's known him. It's almost like he was faster and felt every beat of the music. The song played on and Rocky once again looked liked perfection while dancing. It was amazing and Bin actually found himself so breathless he didn't know the song had stopped. It was only when Rocky turned around and was surprised and said "Bin Hyung? I didn't notice you standing there." Bin remembered to breathe. "Ah, yeah, I just finished my Vlive and I heard music as I was passing by" he said while putting his hand behind his neck. Rocky cocked his head to the side. "Ok. I suppose you're too full for a practice session? We can always freestyle dance like we used to. We barely have had the chance anymore" he said smiling. Bin, felt his belly. He was indeed too full. Why did he feel sad about it? He then looked at Rocky and smiled disappointed and said "If I do that, we might have to clean up the floor" he said shyly. Rocky laughed again. That laugh that came from deep down. Bin liked the sound of it. He liked it a little too much than he ought to. "Um, hyung, I don't think so. What you actually mean is that YOU will be cleaning up the floor. I'm not going near your throw up!" Rocky stated. "Yah! What happened to always helping each other out?" Bin said feigning hurt. "We do, I just don't think helping clean up your vomit counts" he was now giving his wide smile. Lately Bin had also liked that more than he ought too and was confused as to why. "Why don't you stop overworking yourself and let's get back to the dorm ok?" Bin questioned him. Rocky sighed. Bin knew that sigh. He still knew Rocky well enough to know that sigh meant he wasn't going to fight him on this. "I guess I am hungry" he contemplated. He moved towards the table where they used to put their songs through the speakers and disconnected his phone. He grabbed his hoodie and said "Let's go" once again with a wide smile.
On the way back to the dorm, Rocky was happy that there was a cool breeze. "You're going to catch a cold you know" Bin said next to him. Rocky rolled his eyes. Why was Bin always treating him like a child? He could understand when they were young and trainees and Bin would always look out for him. But he had come of age a long time ago. "Yes mom" was all he answered putting on his hoodie. When was Bin going to just treat him like a grown up for a change? He had wanted to ask the older this but his thoughts were interrupted by Bin asking a question he hadn't expected "Since when do you dance like that Rocky?" he asked. Rocky stopped and looked at him, confusion running rampant in his mind. "Huh? What do mean by dance like that?" Rocky actually didn't know whether to be offended or take it as a compliment. "Why don't you dance like that in front of me and the others when we practice?" Bin asked. Still confused Rocky said "I have absolutely no idea what you mean hyung. Like no idea. What do you mean"? Bin could always read his face and must have realised Rocky genuinely had no idea what he was talking about. Rocky then asked "Is there something wrong with they way I dance?" he said feeling a little hurt. Why was Bin asking him this kind of question? "For someone who is so good at rapping, dancing and singing and not to mention compose songs, you really can be dense" Bin laughed. "Are you being serious right now? You're basically saying I'm stupid Hyung!" Rocky was now annoyed. "No Rocky, I just mean you sometimes don't realise things that are right there within you or right in front of you" Bin replied quickly. "Oh ok" Rocky replied. He better have a point to this conversation.
"It's just while I was watching earlier the dance looked d-different" Bin stuttered. Rocky stopped again, still not understanding. "What do you mean by different? It's the same dance we have all been practicing for months now in prep for the comeback. So what is different?" he questioned again. "W-well, let me put it this way; it's like being a super hero right? He is in a group of other super heroes. They do amazing work. But this super hero is a little bit stronger than the rest of his team in terms of his power. So he kinds of eases off on it when he is in a fighting situation with the others. Just so he doesn't stand out and is one of them" Bin said. Rocky looked at him then. "Are you saying I'm this particular super hero?" he gave the last part a quote sign with his hands. "Um, yes" was all Bin replied. Rocky lifted his brows a little and gave a soft laugh. "Hyung, I think you ate too much" he laughed again as he walked on slightly ahead of Bin back to the dorm.
Bin decided to give up this conversation and jog lightly up towards Rocky and said "Ok, ok, let's just get back. On a full stomach I need a nap". Rocky laughed louder this time "You mean sleep, not nap" he replied and ran towards the dorm a few feet away "Yah, sleep and nap can be the same you know"! Bin yelled after him.
