    Summary

Diluc had pursed his lips in disapproval when Kaeya had shown up at Angel’s Share brandishing a certain invoice. An invoice for the most luxurious chamber the Baiju Guesthouse could offer, booked for next week.

“Kaeya,” sighed Diluc. “What is this?”

“What does it look like? Pack your bags, we’re going for a staycation. I already paid using the Mora from your vault.”

“Well?” Kaeya asked, lips curled into a teasing grin. “What now?”

Diluc rolled his hips down, as if to suggest quite reasonably the next natural step, but Kaeya only gazed back drolly, not moving a muscle.

“Did you drink too much?” Diluc asked irritatedly. “Or did you just forget how to use it?”
    ______

Windblume is almost over, and Kaeya's been so busy between working and drinking that he's hardly had any time to spend with Diluc. He rectifies this by paying him a visit at the Dawn Winery at an unholy hour of the night.

    Summary

“Spoken with true honour,” Kaeya says, and flicks his blade so the blood splatters. “I’m a citizen of this good city too, o noble hero. Will you keep me safe as well when the dragons come a-calling, bellowing their hunger in great rolling waves of thunder all the way down from Nantianmen to Dragonspine?”

“Don’t be ridiculous,” Diluc says, and it feels too familiar, talking to him like this, skin still raw enough to hurt. Pump your veins and out comes the poison, but the sting never fades.

Across a sea where it is always nighttime a kingdom falls to ruin, and under the ground stretches a pale labyrinth of passageways made by the roots of a tree from which grows the world, and five hundred years later, a boy tells old stories.

Beautiful and heartwrenching; it breaks it pretty painfully.

    Summary

Diluc swallows palpably, staring at the fine specimen of manhood in front of him.

The shirtless man is bent over the open hood of a car, lines of muscle rippling in his back, his skin the colour of warm honey. His jeans sling dangerously low on his buttocks, leaving the dimples in his lower back in plain view, the broadness of his shoulders made more pronounced by his trim, narrow waist. He turns at the sound of Diluc approaching, wipes the sweat off his brow with the back of his hand.

As he turns, the man flicks his mane of long sleek hair carelessly behind his shoulder, and he looks — he looks —

exactly like Diluc’s type. But Diluc is not going to think about that.

Kaeya goes into rut unexpectedly, and yet again, he has an idea. This time, though, he hasn't had much time to think through his plan. Thankfully, he can leave the matter in Diluc's hands.
