Summary
What if Turid had told Vidar she was pregnant with his child? What if he had claimed the baby and Laurits had grown up a Jutul, never dreaming he was really the son of a human woman? Let's see how Ragnarök might have played out then.

Summary
This show put questions in my head when I watched it. Such as:
How did Vidar, son of Odin, fated to avenge his father's death and survive Ragnarok, end up on opposing sides from Odin? Why did someone decide to take a hammer to Magne's arc (read it as the entendre it is I dare you)? Who was Fjor actually supposed to be before someone gave up and made him Fenrir Wolf, canonically deceased via some jaw-sundering action by none other than Vidar himself? How did the Jutuls run their roleplay farce for more than one generation when the same pair played both sibling and spouse?
I answer these questions in a rewrite of the show ending from the funeral episode. Each chapter is one multi-POV episode-ish, and this work fully diverges from the show canon starting from ch2!

"Is it really fair on him?"
Wotan fixed Iman with a stare, and she could feel the weight of it even from the eye that was covered. "Strong as he may be, he could do without carrying this."

Summary
"Magne was already having a strange day. Strange few months? Hell, it’s been a strange life. Today, though, his goal was not to think about that. Not to think about the fact that the Jutuls had confirmation that he was their prophesied enemy. Not to think about the old lady at the market, surprise surprise! giving him cryptic advice that left him with more questions than answers. Seriously, you’d think it’d be easier to give a straight answer for once, but apparently Magne can’t have nice things...It was all carefree Fucking Around™. That is, until they found the kid. Then it was back to our regularly scheduled programming, the strange life."
Instead of getting blasted to calypso's island (sorry girl), percy ends up in the mythology epicenter of norway (he doesn't know that). He also happens to be stumbled upon by two of the Mythological Issues (also unbeknownst to either party). It's fine though. This is fine.

Summary
"Haircut: Turid has been cutting Magne's hair for him for years - it grows more quickly and thickly than her checkbook can keep up with, and her eldest son has so many other obstacles to relative normalcy besides - but once they move back to Edda, he begs off her kitchen scissors, as well as his glasses, and she chalks it up to puberty and pride and tries not to feel like both of her children are outgrowing her."

The Forging Mjolnir Job but add in one trickster god, because why would Laurits ever miss out on any mischief his brother might get up to with that key?
