Chapter 5: Thank you

Hey all,

I know it's been a long time since I've updated this fic but I just wanted to officially announce its ending. Unfortunately the hard drive that had its outline and notes failed and I was unable to recover its contents. I lost everything. I had always hoped to come back and finish it, if not for you then at least for myself. It seems that won't be the case.

I can tell you that the mysterious caller was indeed Carmilla's mother, Danny and Carmilla would have ended up married with an adopted cat named Goddard that Carmila would have fought Danny on keeping but wound up bonding with. Danny would have gone on to work for NASA and Carmilla would have become a successful artist.

Thank you all for giving me some of the best memories of my life, for being like a family to me and for all of your love and support. I appreciate it more than you know.
