Congrats on posting your beautiful artwork. It compliments 'Journey to the Summer Country' perfectly and adds a whole extra dimension. The reoccurring frame is wonderful, very medieval and colourful and gives the impression of pages in an olde worlde book. The compositions are fantastic. I think my favourite is Doyle on the horse, I especially love Beau and Rae's intense expressions in that scene and I liked the fact you included the lovely Sight too. The cover is stunning (the lads look great in that era) and the action image in the tunnel is also a favourite... Brother John is rather handsome isn't he?
Anyway, you've done an amazing job, well done.

I second every sentiment everyone has offered, here. This artwork is stunning! Yes: modern technique and medieval feels woven together so effectively. I do love the Lads in doublet and hose or armour - they suit the garb so well.
And you have played to my later love of Jonas Armstrong by putting him in to 'play' Brother John. Is this where your avatar comes from? *g* I always liked his Robin Hood - he started out a bit 'boy band hair' but grew 'into' the clothes and role, if you know what I mean *G* (Richard Armitage in black leather didn't hurt, either!) I wish they'd made more series.
Sorry, I digress...

The entire venture has been nothing but pleasure throughout! Our collaboration on the text went so smoothly and then you turned up with your fabulous art! I am reccing it far and wide. Even people with no knowledge of the fandom will enjoy your pictures, and hopefully they will be able to read our stories as virtually original fic - though of course they'll 'lose' some of the references!

The art is - well - there just are not words! Fantastic, wonderful - they don't encompass it. You have an amazing talent - to be able to create such different styles to match up so perfectly with the stories you are illustrating.
I love the lads in medieval garb. They look so "at home" in your artwork.

It fits the story so well and I especially love the one of Beau and Rae in the tunnel and the one of Rae on the horse and Beau in front of Stonehenge. Thank you!

Those pictures bring the story and period to life and the lads interaction, too. Ha, the pre-raphaelite style is also very fitting. Here in the comments we even get the making of, that's a nice bonus!
