"Littlebug I'm giving the ring back tonight. Take care of the next Chat Noir," Chat Noir said giving her a hug.
"Thank you Chat Noir, I will always remember you," she said backing away, then jumping off.
The Next Morning
"Bye Fe I'll miss you," Adrien said hugging his older brother.
"Take care Littlebug," Felix said looking down at Adrien's ring.
"I will Fe," Adrien said breaking away from the hug.
"I will keep you in my memories. And Fu said keep a well watch over that ring," Felix said before leaving his brother, looking down at the ring.
Plagg had yet to come out, he wanted to wait for Felix to leave. He didn't want to hear the emotional good bye.
"Marinette!" Adrien said running up to her. "I'm so happy we're in the same class!"
"Hey Adrien! How did it go with your brother's move go?" She asked giving him a hug. "How are you holding up?"
"I'm doing fine. I'm happy to be in school. Fe helped me get in before leaving. He called two days ago, he was all set up," Adrien explained.
"Well wanna head to class? I know the school. I can help you out!" She said happily.
"Yeah sure! Let's go!" Adrien said walking off in a direction.
"Wrong way!" Mari said. "It's this way."
A couple minutes later Adrien and Marinette walked in the room chatting happily. That was until Chloe interrupted.
"Marinette. Dupain-Cheng. What are you doing with my best friend?!? He doesn't need to be near a useless bakery daughter like you!" Chloe said angrily.
"I'm not useless. This is between you and me, not my parents!" Marinette said visibly pale before stomping off to her seat.
"One last thing," Chloe said. "I'm sitting behind my Adrikins! He is sitting here. I'm sitting here."
"This is where I always sit. Chloe we all know this. Right, Nino?" Marinette said leaning forward and tapping him on the shoulder.
"Yep, Chloe, Nette always sits there," he confirmed.
“Well you heard it, so I’m sitting here,” Marinette said taking a seat. Adrien taking a seat in front of her.
“Well then tell glasses to move!” Chloé said stomping over to her seat defeatedly.
“Come with me,” Marinette said waving up the new girl. When the ombré haired girl sat down beside her, Marinette greeted. “Hi I’m Marinette. Nice to meet you, by the way has anyone told you that you look like the Ladyblogger?”
“Hi I’m Alya and of course I look like her. I’m her sister,” Alya said with a smile.
“I haven’t seen her in a while,” Marinette said.
“She went off to college in Greece and gave the blog to me,” Alya said the added. “My goal is to unmask Ladybug and Chat Noir, then prove my theory of the super heroes being second generation. That they are not the original heroes.”
“Oh um really? I think they would have told us if they were different,” Marinette said with an unsure smile.
“Of course that is just a cray theory. They would have told us if they were different besides have you seen the way the Alley Cat flirts with Ladybug,” Chloe said butting in.
“I’ll prove you wrong,” Alya said with a smirk.
“Alright class roll call,” Ms. Bustier said stepping into the class with a happy smile.
“Here!” Adrien yelled standing up with a hand in the air and a smile on his face.
“That was a little excessive, Adrien,” Marinette leaned down to whisper.
“I don’t care. I’m just so happy to be here,” Adrien whispered back.
“Well you are the first person I’ve met to be happy about going to school,” Marinette smiled.
“Girl, Ms. Bustier has been calling your name,” Alya said tapping her.
“Oh um thanks. Here Ms. and in sorry for being distracted. I was helping Adrien catch up what happens on the first day of school,” she said with a small apologetic smile.
“Ok but try to refrain from talking till after class, thank you,” Ms. Bustier said before continuing.
“Agreste! You got me in trouble, come on for pay me back Mama and Papa said to bring you home,” Marinette said before looking to Alya and saying. “You have to come Mama and Papa would love to meet a new friend. “
She then dragged both of them home for lunch. When they burst through the door Marinette said, “Mama Papa, I brought home so friends!”
“Did your bring my future son-in-law?” Tom asked from the kitchen.
“PAPA! Adrien and I are just friends, right Adrien?” Marinette asked turning to Adrien with a smile that could melt any boy’s heart.
“Of course My Lady,” Adrien said swooping into a bow and kissed her hand.
“Not only did I bring home Adrien, MY FRIEND, I brought a new girl her name is Alya,” Marinette said still looking at Adrien in a trance almost, but the stares were broken when Sabine walked in.
“Hi Alya I’m Sabine. Any friends of Marinette are welcome her,” Sabine greeted while giving Alya a hug.
“Thank you Sabine,” Alya said breaking the hug with a smile.
“Nice to see you again ma’am,” Adrien said giving Sabine a hug.
“I told you a million time to call me Sabine. Unless you call us by our names no more croissants,” Sabine said in a serious tone.
“Ok, thank you Tom, Sabine for letting us have lunch,” Adrien said with a smile as he was a given a croissant.
“Well Mama, Papa, we’re going to head up to my room before lunch,” Marinette said grabbing Adrien’s and ran upstairs with Alya following behind.
“Wow Mari your parents are so nice!” Alya said while sitting down in a spinny chair.
“Of course they are! Except my dietary specialist doesn’t like them because Tom and Sabine give me too many croissants,” Adrien said plopping down beside Marinette on her lounge chair.
“You’re a model right?” Alya asked looking at Adrien snuggle into Marinette’s embrace.
“Ya, I model for my father, but could we not talk about that?” Adrien asked with a sad smile.
“Just one question. How have you kept dating Mari from the public? There’s like a bounty on your head for news,” Alya asked while continuing to spin.
“Oh that’s easy, I’m not dating her,” Adrien said smiling at her.
“Seriously you’re not I thought you were lying to keep it a secret,” Alya said with a look of shock.
A knock came from the trap door. “Hey guys I brought up some lunch,” Sabine said bringing up the food.
“Thank you Sabine,” Adrien and Alya said in sync with a smile.
