Video title: “Let’s get personal!!! Ft. JKgames97”

Jimin clears his throat and sits up straighter, he stares right into the camera and opens his mouth to speak.

“Hi, guys! I’m back-” He’s stopped by the sound of Jungkook’s laughter from his right and he can’t help, but to snort back, composure gone as soon as it came.

Cut.

Jimin grins at the camera again, he reaches out to pinch Jungkook into cooperation because, damnit, he refuses to try and film the intro again for the sixth time today.

“Ow, babe! Your tiny little sausage fingers are way too strong!” Jungkook whines and Jimin loses it again.

Cut.

“I swear to God, if you fuck this up again-”

“Me? You’re the one who can’t stop laughing.” Jungkook pauses. “Your eyeliner is smudged-”

Cut.

“Hi, guys! I’m back today with another video for your viewing pleasure!” Jimin does his signature V-pose with a wink and Jungkook copies him animatedly.

“Hi, guys! Another video for your viewing pleasure!” The younger man says, pitch a few octaves higher than usual, and Jimin rolls his eyes at being mocked.

“Something I’ve been getting a lot of requests for lately is to film another Q&A with my boyfriend, which we haven’t done at all this year. So, I’ve decided that instead of the Wonder Woman inspired makeup tutorial I had planned, I’m going to film this. In case anyone is new to my channel or if you just don’t know, this is my boyfriend Jungkook. Introduce yourself, baby.”

Jungkook offers a shy smile to the camera before leaning back in his chair.

“Uh, hi. I’m Jimin’s boyfriend…Yep...that’s about it.”

The elder of the two rolls his eyes and bumps Jungkook’s shoulder with his own.

“This is Jungkook, he runs a channel here on YouTube, as well, called JKgames97! Check him out if you like watching video game reviews and walkthroughs, he’s really good at it!”

Jungkook’s cheeks heat up with the most adorable shade of pink as he shakes his head because, really, Jimin hypes him up too much. He’s not that great, honestly, all he does is share his thoughts on new games that come out and film walkthroughs on the ones he especially likes. Sure his channel has reached over a million subscribers, which is nothing in comparison to Jimin’s own three million, but Jungkook doesn’t find anything particularly special about his own channel. Jimin is creative, he’s got an eye for makeup and can turn anyone’s face into a work of art if he wanted to, Jungkook has just been playing video games his entire life, which is nothing extraordinary. Still, to see the pride in Jimin’s face when he speaks so highly of Jungkook is worth it.

“So, I took to instagram and asked you guys to ask us anything you want, no matter how personal it is and we will answer one hundred percent honestly. Jungkook wrote out a neat little program that grabs random comments from that post, so we won’t be screening these questions at all we’re just getting whatever the program gives us. We’ve also decided to turn this into a little game of sorts because with this program giving us just any question, there might be some out there that we maybe won’t want to answer.” Jimin holds up a clear plastic cup in front of the camera. “So, for every question that we do answer we get to pour something into this cup-”

“We’ve got everything ranging from alcohol to ketchup to honey to sodas.” Jungkook adds. “The point is to make the grossest concoction we can.”

“And when the time comes where one of us doesn’t want to answer the question- that person has to drink whatever is in the cup.” Jimin has an evil glint in his eye and Jungkook makes a face. “Once the person drinks what’s in the cup, we just start over. Sound good?”

Jungkook nods and reaches out for the whiskey bottle that’s on the table.

“I’m putting whiskey in first because Jiminnie hates it.”

The makeup artist makes a face at that and nods his head as he thinks back to the last time he’d had whiskey. It was on Hoseok’s birthday and he’d attempted to chug a bottle of Jim Beam down in one go after Yoongi said he couldn’t. Turns out Yoongi was right because halfway through the bottle, Jimin threw up all over his best friends’ brand new carpet. He shudders at the memory and smacks his lips as the phantom taste of the disgusting beverage rests on his tongue.

“Okay, fine. I’m adding gin, then.” Jungkook’s face falls as Jimin pours a hefty amount of gin into the cup with a smirk. Jimin grabs his phone and opens up the program his boyfriend designed before holding a thumbs up to the camera. “Let’s go!”

Jungkook looks over Jimin’s shoulder as the first comment is pulled from the post.

“Has one of you ever cheated?” Jungkook reads out loud. His jaw drops at the question and he knows that he looks more than offended. “What the fuck? No, never.”

Jimin giggles at that and leans over to press a kiss to Jungkook’s cheek.

“No, neither of us have ever cheated. I don’t think we’d be together if one of us did...wait. Does it count if it was in my dreams?”

“I swear to God if you say Taeyang-”

“Because Taeyang and I have had quite a few sexual encounters in dreamland.”

Jungkook’s tongue runs over the inside of his cheek as he tries to keep his feelings in check. He knows Jimin is joking, Taeyang is is favorite pop star and his first celebrity crush, but still. The idea of his boyfriend fawning over another man isn’t Jungkook’s favorite thing to think about.

“Okay, next!” The gamer squeaks out, effectively ending any talk of the star. They both add in a small amount of liquor to the cup before continuing with the video. “What was your first impression of each other?”

“Oh! I like this one!” Jimin smiles dreamily as he thinks back to the first time he’d ever met Jungkook. It was at Taehyung’s eighteenth birthday party five years ago, the fashion and lifestyle vlogger had planned a small get-together which turned into an all out rager with his closest friends. “When I first saw Jungkook I thought he was the most handsome person I’d ever seen. I had never really seen his channel because video games aren’t really my thing, but oh my gosh, I swore that video games could be my thing after meeting him. After we talked for a little bit I thought he seemed kind of...aloof? He just wasn’t all that talkative and I figured he was probably straight and not into me. I mean...I was wearing a full face of makeup and drunk babbling off of my ass, so I get why he was standoffish, but I didn’t care I wanted to see if maybe there was a chance of him being gay or bi. So I put on all of my best flirting tactics...and eventually they all failed. I was so bummed because he was just really not all that into me, or at least it seemed like he wasn’t, so I thought he was straight and hated me.”

Jungkook laughs at that, head tipped back and hands on his stomach, as he recalls the night they met. He’d been very nervous speaking to someone so beautiful up close and honestly, he’d forgotten how to speak proper Korean.

“I definitely am not straight and I didn’t hate you. I was just shy...I think a lot of people take me the wrong way because I’m not very outgoing. I tend to kind of stick close to my group of friends and get really nervous when I have to interact with others. My first impression of you was that you were absolutely stunning and I had no idea why you were talking to me...you were also really drunk, so I just thought you were one of those people who talks to everyone when they have some alcohol in them. After our first date, I think my impression of you was a lot better, though. You were sober, so we were able to have a more serious conversation and I thought you were brilliant...just so smart-” Jungkook winks at the camera. “I was so wrong, you guys, Jimin is the dumbest person I know.”

This earns a slap on the shoulder and a pout from his boyfriend.

“I am smart!”

“Don’t listen to him, he’s just really good at faking it.”

“Just like I fake how good you are in bed.” Jimin mumbles under his breath with a smirk.

Jungkook stares at the other with wide eyes and eyebrows raised. Jimin simply offers him an overly exaggerated smile, all teeth on display, as he squeezes some ketchup into the cup in front of him.  “Next question!”

“Who did you come out to first?” Jungkook reads the question out loud before squinting his eyes in thought. “It was either my brother or my best friend. I can’t really remember because I know I told them both in the same day.”

“Really? How did they react?”

“I mean...they didn’t really care. My brother was kind of shocked because all the girls in school really liked me, but that didn’t mean I liked them back.”

“You’re a cocky motherfucker.” Jimin snorts and Jungkook gasps.

“I am not! It’s not my fault I’m hot.”

“Okay, dude. Whatever.” Jimin clears his throat. “The first person I officially came out to was my mom. I think that everyone kind of knew, but they were just waiting for me to confirm it? My mom cried a lot because she really didn’t want me to be into guys, but now she’s really cool with it. She loves Jungkook so that helps a lot. I remember for a while she thought Yoongi and I were dating and she did not approve.”

Jungkook tries to stifle the laughter bubbling up in his chest, but he can’t fight it because the thought of Jimin dating Yoongi of all people is too much for him to handle.

“Shut up! It’s not that funny!” Jimin huffs. He pinches Jungkook’s thigh again and the younger man yelps.

“Okay! Okay! Sorry, it’s just...Yoongi? Why would she think that?”

“I don’t know, I think she thinks because I’m pretty, I don’t know, I don’t want to say feminine, but you know. I’m, like, into the whole makeup thing and I’ve always liked ballet- which just so everyone knows, it makes me really mad when people say ballet is girly or gay. Ballet is cool and I know so many straight dudes who do it- she thought I’d be into the bad boy type.”

“Well, I’m kind of a bad boy.” Jungkook smirks and Jimin raises an eyebrow.

“Dude, you sleep with a night light and you cry every time we watch Charlotte’s web.”

“Edit that out, I swear if you put that in your video-”

Cut.

“Do you have any cute nicknames for each other?” Jimin grins at that. “Jungkookie, do you want to answer this?”

Honestly, the answer is embarrassing for both of them, but Jimin doesn’t mind. He leaves it up to Jungkook if he wants their viewers to know about-

“Jimin calls me Binky-bear sometimes.”

“All the time, it’s so fucking cute.”

“And I hate it.” Jungkook says with his nose scrunched up. “If I get any fucking Binky-bear comments on my videos or instagram from you guys, I’m blocking you immediately.”

“What do you call me?” Jimin asks, blinking up at Jungkook innocently. If the younger man thought he was getting through the video without all of their cards on the table, he was wrong.

“I call him Waffle...and Monkey.” Jungkook mumbles under his breath, earning a tilt of the head from his boyfriend.

“I’m sorry, baby, I didn’t hear that. Repeat it for our viewers?”

“Waffle. I call Jimin Waffle and sometimes I call him Monkey.”

Jimin laughs so hard he falls off of his chair.

Cut.

“Have we ever secretly broken up? Why and for how long?” Jimin reads out loud. He eyes the cup in front of them, which is now full of gin, whiskey, vodka, ketchup, honey, bean paste, mustard, and vinegar. He wonders if his stomach can handle drinking it and he knows that Jungkook is wondering the same thing.

“We have.” Jungkook says from his right and Jimin’s eyes go wide. “Wanna tell them why and for how long?”

“It was for about a month.” Jimin says, though he keeps his eyes off of the camera and on the cup in front of him.

He remembers very clearly the day that almost ruined his life. Jungkook had been working late a lot more than usual. Unlike Jimin, Jungkook’s full time job isn’t YouTube. The younger man works as a software engineer for Nexon and at the time he’d been working late hours and leaving the house early in the morning. The two of them barely saw each other and Jimin’s insecurity got the best of him. He’d accused Jungkook of cheating and lying about being at work. The fight had started off small, but ended with Jimin punching Jungkook in the face. The older man remembers the immediate regret that flooded him after he’d laid a hand on his lover and best friend, he remembers the hurt that was settled into Jungkook’s face and how the man cried and pushed him away when he’d tried to hug him afterwards. Jungkook had told Jimin multiple times that the punch wasn’t even hard enough to really hurt or do damage, but the hurt he felt from how easily Jimin accused him and the betrayal of being touched in that way was a thousand times worse than any physical pain.

Jimin really doesn’t want to answer why they’d broken up. He doesn’t think it’s appropriate at all, but before he knows it Jungkook is leaning in and pressing a kiss to the back of his ear. He whispers a quiet ‘I love you’ before he pulls away and grabs the cup. Jimin watches in horror as his boyfriend downs the drink in a few gulps.

Almost instantly, Jungkook is jumping out of his chair and running straight to the bathroom to throw up.

Jimin smiles awkwardly at the camera as he waits for Jungkook to come back.

Cut.

“Now that Jungkook has come back with a new cup and brushed his teeth...we can continue.”

Jungkook, from Jimin’s right, is chugging a bottle of water and holding out a thumbs up to the camera.

“I’m going to be nice and put pineapple juice in here.” Jimin says with a blush and Jungkook nods, pouring in a bit of cranberry juice, as well.

“We’ll start off nice, this time.” The taller man laughs and Jimin feels his heart squeeze. What did he do to deserve such a sweet boyfriend?

“Have you ever had a crush on any of my friends? If so, who?” Jimin asks and Jungkook quickly reaches out and downs the juice mixture with a grin. “Oh, so you don’t want to answer that, but you’ll tell everyone we broke up? Little bitch.”

If Jimin knew that Jungkook used to have a crush on Taemin, Jungkook knows his older boyfriend would be livid. He’d rather keep his balls attached to his body, thank you very much.

“Have you ever had a crush on any of my friends?” Jungkook asks and Jimin nods with a smirk.

“Duh, have you seen Namjoon? He’s hot as fuck and he’s a genius.”

“When were you into Namjoon?”

“I don’t know when you first introduced us?” Jimin shrugs. “He’s got a really shitty sense of style, though...and he broke two of my eyeshadow palettes, so that crush died almost as soon as it came.”

Cut.

“One more question and then I think we can end the video, how does that sound?” Jimin asks and Jungkook nods along. He doesn’t know how many more personal questions he can take, so he’s grateful that his lover isn’t dragging the video on. “Jungkook, when will you propose to Jimin?”

“Awkward…” Jungkook sings as he glances around the room. He can feel Jimin’s eyes boring into his skull and he debates whether or not he wants to just bite the bullet and drink the gin that’s in the cup in front of him. “I don’t know, we’ve talked about marriage. We’re both kind of on the same page with it. Why do I have to be the one who proposes, though? Why can’t Jimin propose to me?”

They both know Jimin would never. Not because either of them fit into a certain ‘role’ in their relationship, because they don’t, but because Jimin, whether he’d ever admit it or not, is too afraid of rejection. That’s why Jungkook had to be the one to make the first move in every step of their relationship. And he doesn’t mind because he understands and he loves his boyfriend, so he’d never ask the other to make the first move.

“I think because we’ve been together for so long, people assume that the next step is marriage. Which, I mean...that is logically the only step we could take from here, that or breaking up, but I don’t think that there’s a timeline we need to fit into. Whenever we’re ready for it, we’ll take that step together. Right?” Jimin asks and Jungkook nods as his shoulders fall in relief.

“It’s going to happen eventually, but only when the time is right.” Jungkook grins, wrapping an arm around his boyfriend’s shoulders.

Jimin doesn’t have to know that Jungkook has had a ring hidden in the bottom drawer of his game room’s desk for over a month.

Cut.

“Okay, guys! Thanks for watching, I hope you guys enjoyed learning a little bit more about myself and Jungkookie. If you liked it, don’t forget to comment, subscribe, and give us a thumbs up. We also filmed a video for Jungkook’s channel where he teaches me how to play overwatch...it was a total failure on my part, but it’s pretty funny!” Jimin laughs behind his hand before nudging Jungkook with his elbow. “Say bye, Binky-bear!”

“Bye!” Jungkook waves enthusiastically at the camera before turning to Jimin and pulling the other in for a kiss.

Cut.

Chapter Text

Video title: “Vlog/Mukbang: Trying to steal my man???”

Seokjin flips his hair and holds the camera above his face to get the perfect angle.

“Hey, everyone!” He sings as he slips his shoes on. “Right now, I’m on my way to go pick up Jimin. He’s been bugging me all day about letting him in on one of my vlogs...so out of obligation I’m hanging out with him. Not because we’re actually friends or anything.”

The blonde laughs at his own joke and jogs down the stairs of his apartment building and out into the garage.

“Seriously, though, we’re going to film a mukbang today...duh. And also I’m pretty sure we’re going to play smash or pass. Everyone’s been in on that game lately and I think it will be funny to hear Jiminnie’s opinions on everyone. I don’t know if you guys know this about Jimin or not..but he used to be really promiscuous back in the day. Don’t tell Jungkook, though, that kid is too innocent for his own good.”

Cut.

Jimin groans as he slides into Seokjin’s car. He’s been waiting to eat all day so he can keep up with Seokjin during their meal and he’s way too hangry for this.

“Hyung” He whines as Seokjin shoves the camera in his face. He smiles, despite his mood, at the lens and makes a V with his fingers. “I’m so hungry, I need to eat something right now.”

“I have some snacks in the glove compartment.” Seokjin tells him with a wave of his hand, as he sets his handheld camera into the holder attached to windshield. He makes sure they’re both perfectly in frame before shifting the gear into drive and heading straight back to his apartment.

“Okay, you guys. When Seokjin said he had snacks I thought maybe a power bar...perhaps a bag of skittles.” Jimin snorts at the camera as he holds up a small bag of hot fries, two crunch bars, and a box of poptarts. “I should have known better. I should have known since it was Seokjin, he would have this shit.”

“I’m always prepared.” The older man shrugs. “Are you ready for today?”

Jimin nods as he opens the bag of hot fries and pops one into his mouth. There is a slowed down replay of him shoving the snack into his mouth and his eyes rolling to the back of his head.

“So ready! Jungkook is going to meet us at your place after he gets out of work.”

“Cool!”

Cut.

Seokjin holds a thumbs up to the camera and waves a hand over the dishes spread out across the table. There’s two bowls of jajangmyun, two plates of fried rice, two plates of grilled beef, a plate of seaweed, and a bowl of gamjajorim.

“Okay, dudes and dudettes, today I have Jiminnie with me because it’s time to…” He uses his hands to bang on the table. “Eat Jin!”

“Hey!” Jimin chirps placing his hands underneath his chin. “I’m Jimin, if you don’t know me I’m Jiminnieme here on youtube and I film really cool makeup tutorials!”

His words are rushed out as fast as possible, but Seokjin holds a hand in front of his face. It’s their thing, cutting the other off whenever they try to promote their own channel, they’ve been doing it for as long as they’ve been collaborating and it’s always a competition to see who can fit a channel plug in better.

“Nobody cares about makeup! All we care about is food!” Seokjin jokes, taking some jajangmyun and shoving it in his mouth. “So good!”

Jimin follows suit, making sure to savor the flavor before he glances back at Seokjin. He’s about to take another bite when he drop the noodles into his lap.

“Party foul!” Seokjin screeches and Jimin snorts before picking up the fallen food and placing it back on his place.

“It’s okay, I’ll still eat it!”

Cut.

“So today, we’re going to play smash or pass!” Seokjin sings and Jimin claps with enthusiasm. “So out of our friend group- subscribe to the blue channel if you haven’t already- Jimin and I are the only ones who also like girls.”

Jimin nods along and smirks at the camera. He knows it catches people off guard when he tells them that he enjoys the company of both men and women, he finds it hilarious to see them try and process the information as if it’s so hard to believe that a man in makeup could possibly find pleasure with a woman.

“You know, if you told ten people that out of Jungkook and I one of us is one hundred percent gay and one is bisexual, nine out of ten times people would assume that Jungkook is bi and that I’m gay. That’s not the case, though, Jungkook is super gay.”

“So gay.” Seokjin nods along with a chuckle. “It’s the same for Namjoon and I. Because I cook and clean the house, which are things that all functioning adults should be able to do, and because he’s a rapper...they all think that Namjoon is into girls and I’m not. I mean, I get it. I’m insanely gorgeous, someone this beautiful would have to be gay, right?”

“Wrong.” Jimin shakes his head.

“Yeah, totally wrong. Namjoon and I break these stereotypes because, look at me, I’m fucking ethereal as fuck and dated quite a few women in my time...and Namjoon breaks the stereotype that gay men can dress well.”

Jimin chokes on his rice and Namjoon groans in the background.

“I dress well!”

Seokjin simply looks away from the camera with raised eyebrows and a shake of his head.

Cut.

“So, anyway. I wanted to play smash or pass with Jimin because I wanted to include men and women in it...if you guys aren’t familiar with the game we basically pick a person and we have to say if we’d sleep with them, ‘smash’, or if we’d pass. Pretty self explanatory, right?”

“Are we doing other YouTubers or, like, actors or what?”

“Uh, I picked a lot of other YouTubers, some instagram folks, and a few actors. It’s a good mix, I think.” Seokjin grins. “I’ve also included some of our friends, as well.”

“Cool, let’s do it.”

“First person!” Seokjin sings as he pulls the list he’d made on his phone up. “Taetae.”

A photo of Taehyung pops up in the between them.

“Mmm, I don’t know. Pass? He and I fooled around once when we were younger. Maybe I would have smashed him back then, but now...I don’t know. Pass.”

“Hard pass for me.” Seokjin snorts. “I feel like in the middle of sex, he’d stop to show me a random puppy video.”

“Could you imagine?” Jimin almost drops his chopsticks.

Cut.

“So I was going to include Namjoon on here, but I already heard you wanted to smash him in your video with Jungkook.” Seokjin says with his hands on his hips. The corners of his lips are turned upwards into a shit-eating grin and Jimin’s face turns bright red. “I’m not mad, I mean...if you want him you can have him.”

“Seokjin!” Namjoon screeches from behind the camera and the blonde shrugs.

“I’m just saying, he’s pretty good in bed, but we’re running out of money with all of the repairs we have to pay for in this home. Please take him...for the love of all that is good in the world, take him.”

Jimin smirks at the camera and wiggles his eyebrows.

“Smash!”

Cut.

“Chanyeol?” Seokjin asks.

“Park? Does prank videos?”

“Yeah.”

Jimin giggles, leaning into the table in order to hide his laughter before composing himself.

“I’ve already smashed.” He says as another fit of laughter escapes his lips.

“What?! When?!”

“Uh, actually right before Jungkook and I met. Literally, like, a week before Taehyung’s party.”

“And you never told me this?! I thought we were friends! How dare you keep these secrets from me!” Seokjin jokingly yells, head and body shaking as he screams. “Nobody tells me anything! I’m always the last to know!”

The makeup artist rolls his eyes and shakes his head. It’s not really that big of a deal, Chanyeol had teamed up with another beauty guru, Hyuna, to prank Jimin and after everything was said and done the two of them ended up sleeping together in the girl’s bedroom. Honestly, Jimin considered it a fair and just revenge for the girl making him cry on camera.

“Wait, can I even say that on camera? Can we keep that in there?”

“Call him and ask.” Seokjin suggests and Jimin shrugs before pulling out his cellphone and ringing the other up.

“Hello?” Chanyeol answers almost instantly and Seokjin has to shove his fingers in his mouth to keep from laughing out loud.

“Hey, Yeol.”

“Hey! What’s up?”

“So, kind of random, but Seokjin and I are filming a smash or pass video and it came up that you and I slept together...but I was wondering if you would mind that I said that on film.”

“I don’t care.” The prankster laughs and Jimin holds two thumbs up to the camera. “That was forever ago, it’s not a big deal.”

“Cool! Just checking!”

“I hope you both said smash for me, even if we’ve already fucked.”

Cut.

“Wait, isn’t Chanyeol dating Baekhyun?” Seokjin asks and Jimin nods. “He has a thing for the beauty gurus, I see.”

“Smash or pass: Baekhyun.” Jimin jokes and Seokjin shakes his head.

“Hard pass, dude. Pass. Pass. Pass.”

“Rude.” Jimin laughs before becoming completely serious. “Actually, same.”

Cut.

“Jieun?”

“Smash. So hard.” Jimin says with a shake of his head. “Actually, Jungkook thinks she’s really hot, too. He always says if he ever had to be with a girl, it would be her.”

“Damn, really?” Seokjin nods his head appreciatively. “I’d smash, too, though.”

“She’s got that whole girl next door vibe going on and she’s so beautiful.” Jimin nods in thought.

Jieun is a pretty girl, well liked among the YouTube community for ability to get along with everyone and easygoing attitude. Jimin has only met her a handful of times at parties or conventions and once to film a video together for Skinfood. He thinks that of all those times she’d been more than sweet to him, but for some reason the two of them never actually got close to one another.

“Okay, what about Eunbi?” Seokjin asks and Jimin hums in thought. The instagram model has been known to be pretty rude throughout the community and though Jimin hasn’t experienced it firsthand, he’s heard enough horror stories for it to dim her beauty in his eyes.

“She’s super pretty.”

“Yeah, she is. For sure.”

“But, I think I’d have to pass.”

“Attitude problem?” Seokjin asks and Jimin nods. “Yeah, I don’t care about all of that, I’d still smash.”

Namjoon sticks his head into the side of the frame with a frown.

“You know, I really hate it that the two of you are objectifying our friends and coworkers. These are people with real feelings and-”

“You’re just mad that you’ve been passed in most of these videos.” Seokjin cuts him off with a snort. “And I’ve been smashed in almost every single one.”

“I don’t care if people want to sleep with me, I’m in a loving, committed relationship with the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. These people’s opinions are irrelevant to me.”

Namjoon has always been overly affectionate towards Seokjin, sometimes seemingly to a fault, and the couple’s interactions with one another make for quality YouTube content. Where Namjoon is loving and sweet, doting on every single one of Seokjin’s needs, Seokjin is sarcastic and rough around the edges. Their comments are often full of people criticizing Seokjin for taking advantage of Namjoon’s love, but anyone who really knows the couple knows that Seokjin would die for his lover. The older man, despite his prickly attitude and strange way of showing his fondness, loves Namjoon with every last inch of his heart. So when Seokjin rolls his eyes and pretends to gag at his boyfriend’s words, Jimin simply smiles at the two and coos.

“Fuckin gross.” Seokjin mumbles under his breath, upper lip curled in mock-disgust.

Namjoon just laughs and leans in to plant a sloppy wet kiss on his cheek and regardless of his previous words, Seokjin flushes and smiles behind his hand.

Cut.

“Okay, what about Jeonghan?” Seokjin asks, chopsticks paused in mid-air as he speaks. “He’s fucking gorgeous. It’s a smash for me.”

“Okay, two things about him.” Jimin says holding up two fingers, he sets his chopsticks down on the plate and lets out a huff. “One, he is so fucking stunning. Like, I would be lying if I said I didn’t think he has killer looks...that’s why he’s so big on insta, right? But, and I know this is going to maybe come back to bite me in the ass for saying, he hits on Jungkook every time he sees him and I don’t like that shit.”

“I think everyone hits on Jungkook, he’s extremely good looking.”

“Yeah, yeah, I get that. Jungkook, like Jeonghan, is gorgeous and people are going to try to flirt. I think that comes with the territory of dating someone ridiculously good looking, but he knows that Jungkook and I are dating and still hits on him hard. And it’s not like he’s trying to have a threesome with us, he straight up waits until I’m not around and fucking tries so hard to flirt. Then the second I come around, he’s acting like he’s just being friendly. He tried to pull a Regina George and tell Jungkook he looks sexy with his hair pushed back and I almost broke the kid’s fingers for touching my boyfriend.”

“Jungkook does look sexy with his hair pushed back, to be fair.” Seokjin says, but shrinks back at the glare Jimin shoots him. “Okay, okay, sorry. I was joking.”

“So, yeah, no. Jeonghan is a pass for me.”

“Alright, alright. Noted. Next up: Seulgi.”

“Instagram Seulgi or YouTube Seulgi.”

“YouTube Seulgi.”

Jimin runs a hand through his hair, a smirk tugging at his lips as he nods his head. He and Seulgi go way back, they’d attended the same high school and were in dance club together.

“Seulgi and I dated in high school.”

“What?!” Seokjin throws his chopsticks down onto the table. “What the fuck? Why am I learning so much new information about you today?”

“Yeah! She’s mentioned it on her channel before, we were together for a hot minute our first year of high school. It was cute.”

“So smash or pass?”

“Well, I can’t pass her!” Jimin says, running his hands through his hair. “That would just be rude. She’s always been really sweet to me.”

Seokjin shrugs at that and shakes his head.

“Meh, I’ll pass.”

“Didn’t she smash you in her video?”

“Did she? Well, then, I guess I’ll smash her back.”

“That’s not how this works!”

The two of them are shoveling rice into their mouth when the front door to the apartment opens and Jungkook appears on camera behind them. He’s wearing his usual work attire, which consists of a blue button up with the Nexon logo stitched into the right corner and a pair of dark blue jeans. He’s wearing glasses that are completely for show and the smile he flashes at the camera makes it obvious that he knows he looks good even in this getup.

Jungkook comes up behind the two of them, grabs Jimin’s chopsticks out of his hands and takes  a bite of the jajangmyun in front of him.

“What are you guys doing?” He asks with a mouthful of noodles.

“Smash or pass...and a mukbang.”

“You never ask me to do videos with you, hyung!” Jungkook whines as he picks at the food in front of him. “I want to play smash or pass!”

“We’re doing it with guys and girls.” Jimin says and Jungkook shrugs.

“I’ll just pass all the girls, duh.”

“Yeah, but I wanna talk about vaginas and-” Seokjin starts with a smirk.

“God, you’re so vugar! Gross, just stop.” Jungkook drops the chopsticks down onto the plate and walks out of the frame.

Jimin and Seokjin share a laugh before the elder shrugs and takes another bite of food.

“I actually don’t have any more, so we can end the game here.”

Jimin nods at that and waves at the camera, he opens his mouth to speak, but Seokjin cuts him off again.

They’re sitting in a restaurant now, Seokjin has the camera pointed at himself with a wide smile. The lighting is dim, but it’s bright enough so that he can still film.

“We came to Yoongi’s favorite American style place for dinner since no one else has eaten.” He turns the camera to point it at everyone at the table. “Say hi to Jiminnie again, Jungkook, Yoongi, Hoseok, Taetae, and Namjoon. Hoseok and Jiminnie have been arguing for, like, twenty minutes about the treatment of bisexual people in our community because of our smash or pass game. It’s very interesting.”

He turns the camera and zooms into the pair.

“No, it’s complete bullshit. I don’t ‘have it easier’ just because I’m bi, if anything I think it’s harder to be taken seriously by potential partners. Women think that bisexual for a man means that you’re just too afraid to admit you’re gay and men think that you’re going to turn around and go fuck a woman behind their back. Don’t discredit my sexuality, that’s fucking stupid.” The vein in Jimin’s arm is popping from how tight his has his fists balled and his skin is flushed red. Jungkook tries, and fails, to calm him down by rubbing circles on his lower back.

“I’m not discrediting yours or anyone else’s sexuality, but it’s a lot easier for you to blend into society when you decide you want to be in a hetero relationship.”

“I’m dating a fucking man, Hoseok, I’m not ‘blending in’.”

“I’m not talking about you specifically, I’m saying in general. Bisexual people have it easier. We don’t get the luxury of going undetected if we feel like it.”

“What the fuck do you mean? Are you not listening to anything that I’m saying?”

Seokjin turns the camera to himself and shrugs.

“What do you guys think? Leave some feedback in the comments section, I would love to know your thoughts. I know a lot of our viewers are a part the LGBT+ community, so I’m curious as to how you guys feel. Let’s be respectful of one another and discuss!”

Everyone is gathered around the coffee table in Hoseok and Yoongi’s apartment as Taehyung flips through the photobook he shot for H&M. Seokjin zooms into a few of the photos, making comments on his clothing every now and again.

“Guys, Taetae shot an entire photobook for H&M. If you get the chance to check it out, please do! He looks really good in all of these.”

“Yeah, they reached out to me a few months ago saying they wanted to get a few YouTubers to put lookbooks together and it’s finally out!” Taehyung beams at the camera before placing the book on his head and holding a peace sign to his face. “I’d really like it if you guys checked it out! They’re free and you can get them whenever you go into the store or you can get it online with any order you make!”

“I want to shoot a lookbook with H&M!” Namjoon whines and Taehyung doesn’t even try to hide his laughter.

“You have to actually have a decent sense of style in order to do that, hyung.” He says with a grin on his face.

Seokjin snorts from behind the camera and the video stills on Namjoon’s dejected face for a moment before Seokjin speaks up.

“If you want, baby, I’ll let you shoot a lookbook for my channel.”

“Nobody would wear the shit Namjoon wears.” Yoongi says with a grin.

“I dress well! It’s, like, nerdy chic.”

“Who lied to you?” The smile in Seokjin’s voice is obvious. “I’ll beat them up.”

Seokjin smiles up at the camera from his spot on the bed, the light shining through the window is perfect and he thinks he looks like an angel this way.

“So, I forgot to film an ending for yesterday’s vlog. As soon as Joon and I got home from Hoseok and Yoongi’s place, we passed out. Don’t worry guys, Jimin and Hoseok aren’t fighting or anything. They were worried that if I put in their little argument people would think they were mad at each other or that viewers would take sides and argue, so I feel like I need to say that we’re all good. The Blue Channel members love each other so much and we can talk about that kind of stuff in order to get a better perspective on things. Anyway, yeah, I forgot to film...there wasn’t too much going on last night, we just hung out and had a few drinks.” He runs a hand through his hair and glances to his left. “It’s...10:30 in the morning and Namjoon and I have to meet up with Jungkook and Yoongi at noon. We’re planning something really special that I know you guys are going to love. I’m going to try to get some footage in today of it, but it probably won’t be up for a while...so anticipate that.”

Seokjin, Namjoon, and Yoongi had agreed to meet Jungkook for lunch so that the four of them could put together the perfect proposal for Jimin. He knows that the beauty guru will say yes and he’s excited that Jungkook and Jimin will be the first in their friend group to get engaged, but a very tiny part of him is maybe, just maybe, a little bit jealous. He and Namjoon have been dating since Seokjin was nineteen, and now at twenty-five (almost twenty-six) he feels like he should be starting to settle down. And he knows that Namjoon loves him, that’s obvious to anyone with eyes, but Namjoon is younger than him and still technically in his early twenties, he hasn’t hit the dreaded mid-twenties stage, yet, and he still doesn’t have to worry about thirty looming over his head. It’s so close for Seokjin, though, and two years in age difference never seemed so bad until now. What if Namjoon doesn’t want to get married? What if he decides within the next year or two that he wants to be with someone younger? Someone who doesn’t show affection by hurling out insults or by making fun of his god-awful flip flops (Seriously, Seokjin has tried to throw those damn sandals away a million times and they always seem to find their way back to the shoe rack). He glances down at the other, who is too busy typing out a text message to Yoongi to look up at the camera, and he smiles. He knows he shouldn’t feel so insecure, but he really can’t help it.

Seokjin lays back and curls up into Namjoon’s side, camera held above their heads as he kisses the spot right next to his boyfriend’s nose.

“Hey, say bye to my viewers.” He mumbles and Namjoon looks up from his phone. He smiles and waves at the camera, making sure to flash his dimple for the world to see.

“Bye, viewers! Give Jin a shit ton of likes and make sure to comment on this video that he should have passed every single person in the smash or pass game because they weren’t me!” The rapper jokes, earning an eyeroll from Seokjin.

“Shut up, nerd.” He laughs, but presses another kiss to Namjoon’s face. “Love you”

“And I love you!”

Chapter Text

Video Title: Boyfriend Tag ft. Min Yoongi

Hoseok sits in front of the camera, his face taking up the entire frame with a goofy smile as he tries to adjust the focus.

"Hey, guys!" He chirps before sitting back, leaning onto his hands. "Today I'm clearly not on the street, and if you all watch my boyfriend's channel, you might recognize this room. I've never actually shot a video in here so this kind of strange."

The room is plain, gray walls decorated with framed records and recording equipment behind him. It's Yoongi's studio where he records music with Namjoon and films his YouTube videos. Hoseok wriggles around in his chair a bit before speaking again.

"So! I get a lot of requests to make this video; I've been getting them since you guys realized that Yoongi is my boyfriend, and I finally got him to agree to do it with me! It's the 'boyfriend tag'!"

At that Yoongi slowly walks into the frame and takes a seat in the swivel chair next to Hoseok. He offers a half-smile to the camera and waves.

"Hey." Is all he says and Hoseok rolls his eyes at the lack of enthusiasm.

"This is my boyfriend, Yoongi. He's MinYG93 here on YouTube, and he's also an old fart who hates the entire world."

"Accurate."

"Yoongi!" Hoseok whines. "Can you be a little more cheerful?"

"No."

"Hi, everyone!" Yoongi's shoulders jump as he tilts his head from side to side and blinks rapidly. He holds up a heart with his hands and winks. "Nice to see you!"

He and Hoseok fall into a fit of laughter after that, Yoongi leaning forward and resting his head on the desk as his shoulders shake and Hoseok covering his face with his hands as he lets out a shriek.

"What the fuck was that?"

"You told me to be cute!"

Cut.

"Okay, let's get it together." Hoseok is still laughing as he says this.

"Okay, okay. I'm ready, just ask me the first question. I studied for this, and I don't want to forget the answers."

"You...studied for this? How do you even study for this?"

"I don't know, last night I went over our entire relationship in my head. From when we met to now so I think I can answer any question." Yoongi laughs and Hoseok makes a face at him but pulls his phone to his face and sighs. "C'mon, let's go!"

"When and where did we meet?" Hoseok asks. He looks at Yoongi expectantly and the older man smirks.

"We gotta make a full video on how we started dating, it's actually super juicy. We met in high school. I think I was sixteen and you were fifteen...or maybe we were just about to turn sixteen and fifteen, but yeah, around that time." Yoongi taps his chin as he contemplates how much detail he wants to go into. "We met at the studio because I was working on a composition project for my music class with Ji- We'll call him Jiyong."

Jiyong was a fake name for Jiho A.K.A Hoseok's ex-boyfriend. Hoseok's nose scrunches up cutely and he shakes his head with a pout. Before meeting Yoongi, Hoseok thought that Jiho was the best he was ever going to get. In his fifteen-year-old head he thought that being gay meant he'd have to hide his relationship from everyone, so he didn't find it strange that the older man kept their relationship under wraps. Jiho was smart and could be the biggest sweetheart behind closed doors, but when they were in public, it was like the older man didn't want anyone to know that he and Hoseok were dating, not even his closest friends. So when he introduced Hoseok to Yoongi (He introduced the younger man as merely ‘a friend who wanted to tag along.'), and Yoongi started to hit on Hoseok shamelessly, Hoseok had no idea what to do.

Hoseok gave Yoongi his number as a courtesy, not wanting to seem rude or impolite, with no intention of ever actually taking the boy seriously, but Yoongi was persistent and eventually, Hoseok fell for him hard.

"Jiyong is my ex, we're changing his name here for privacy purposes, and he and Yoongi were kind of friends, right?"

"I wouldn't call him my friend. We worked well together, which is why we paired up a lot in class, but he treated Hoseok like shit-"

"He didn't treat me like shit, he just didn't want anyone to know we were dating."

"Fuck that, who in their right mind wouldn't be proud to be with you?" Yoongi says it so easily, as if loving Hoseok were the most natural thing in the world, and as if there really was nothing at all to be ashamed of. Hoseok's cheeks burn at the compliment and he knows that his entire face must be bright red by the way his boyfriend smiles at him as if he's just won a million dollars. "So, yeah, we're basically high school sweethearts, even though I stole him from his original high school sweetheart."

"When and where was our first kiss?"

Their first kiss was exactly one month after they met, Yoongi had been texting Hoseok non-stop and the younger boy was starting to realize that he and Jiho weren't as compatible as he once thought they were. Yoongi had lured Hoseok to the locker room after he'd finished basketball practice, making sure to time everything just right so that Hoseok would be coming in as he was towel-drying his hair wearing nothing but a pair of sweatpants. There was no one else in the locker room and after a few moments of playful flirting, Hoseok found himself trapped between Yoongi and a locker with soft lips on his.

"At school." Is all Yoongi says.

"In the locker room, before I even broke up with Jiyong." Hoseok tacks on. "You know, I felt horrible about that. I cheated on him with you!"

"Well, I mean, to be fair I kissed you and even though I knew something was going on between you guys, you never explicitly said you had a boyfriend. I figured if Jiyong actually cared about you, he would have said something to you or me."

"Well, he did say something after I broke up with him."

"Yeah, but by then it was too late." Yoongi smirks at the memory.

Hoseok came clean to Jiho shortly after the kiss, ending the story with the words I think we should break up. He hadn't expected for Jiho to stomp his way to the basketball court and start a fight with Yoongi by swinging his fist into the other boy's face in front of everyone. He also hadn't expected Yoongi to swing back just as hard. In the end, the two boys were suspended from school for a week and Jiho had successfully outed himself, Hoseok, and Yoongi to the entire population of their high school.

"Who said ‘I love you' first?"

"Oh. That's hard." Yoongi chews on his lower lip, turning his head to glance at his boyfriend with furrowed brows, and hums. "I don't remember. Was it me?"

"It was me." Hoseok squeaks out, slightly offended that his lover can't remember. "We were at Naeun's party, remember?"

"Naeun?"

"Beautiful girl from my class, she was number one out of everyone and played, like, every sport."

Yoongi's eyes widen comically as realization dawns on him.

"Oh fuck, I remember now. You were wasted and you told me you loved me." Yoongi laughs hard; eyes turned to crescents and gums thoroughly on display. "Fuck, that was so cute, I remember. You were crying because you thought that I was mad at you."

"I remember crying and saying I love you. I don't remember thinking you were mad at me."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. You thought I was mad at you because you had lunch with Jiyong because he had asked you to talk to him. You swore you thought I was mad because you thought I assumed something happened between you guys, but I wasn't even angry about it. You were crying and telling me not to break up with you because you love me."

Hoseok buries his face in his hands at the memory. He honestly only vaguely remembers saying he loved Yoongi at the party, but when reminded of exactly what happened he can't help how mortified he feels.

"Fuck, I am so embarrassing."

"It's okay, I said it back to you and you didn't even remember that part the next day."

Cut.

"When is my birthday?"

"That's a stupid question."

"I didn't make these up and if it's so stupid, why don't you just answer it?"

"Because it's so generic, we've been together for almost all of our lives-"

"Nine years isn't all of our lives."

"Almost."

"Nine years is only a fraction of our lives. It's not even half of our lives."

"It's still a long time."

"Stop avoiding the question, when is my birthday?"

"February eighteenth. When's mine?"

"Uh…"

"Seriously?" Yoongi gasps and Hoseok's loud laughter fills the room.

"I'm joking! March ninth!"

Yoongi leans back with his chin raised, eyes slit, and lips in a pout. He holds his stare for a moment before grinning and nodding his head.

"You better know my damn birthday after this long." He teases.

"Honestly, sometimes I get our birthdays confused."

Yoongi can tell by the way Hoseok’s lips jut out that he’s not lying.

He won’t say it out loud, but he gets them confused, as well.

Cut.

"When did you meet my parents?" Hoseok's smile falters at this question and Yoongi's right eye twitches.

It's not that Yoongi doesn't get along with Hoseok's parents, because he does now after years and years of trying, but Hoseok's parents have always made things just a little bit more complicated than they should be for Yoongi.

"I think I met them two months into us being together, but it wasn't until you graduated that I met them as your boyfriend. They thought we were just friends up until that point."

Hoseok nods and hastily moves on to the next question, not wanting to spend too much time or effort on it and put himself and Yoongi in a sour mood.

"What is one thing you wish I didn't do?"

"Fuck, there are so many I don't know if I could pick just one." The older man jokes, earning a hard shove from his partner. He smiles at Hoseok, offering him a wink as a peace offering before he speaks again. "Just kidding. I can't think of anything off the top of my head."

"I could tell you what I wish you wouldn't do," Hoseok says with a chuckle and Yoongi raises an eyebrow in response. "I wish you wouldn't be so mean to other people. You're so sweet to me-"

"Because I like you. I hate everyone else." Yoongi cuts him off. "I wish you wouldn't be so friendly to everyone all the time."

They share a look and Yoongi can tell that Hoseok is going to start ranting about how he needs to be better to others, so he points to the phone and bobs his head.

"Next question!"

Cut.

"Where was our first date?" Hoseok looks much more relaxed, having taken a moment from filming to tell Yoongi off, and Yoongi looks like a kicked puppy.

"I took you to the burger place everyone at our school would go to on the weekends," Yoongi says, conveniently leaving out the part where he’d somehow convinced a bouncer to let the two of them into a gay club afterward, and then got them kicked out almost an hour later. Hoseok smiles smugly at the omission of their post-burger escapades but says nothing about it.

"Who is my best friend?" He asks, whipping his head in Yoongi's direction to make eye-contact.

"Me, duh."

"Yoongi." Hoseok huffs out, crossing his arms. "You can't say yourself, that's a copout."

"Is it not me?" The elder looks offended as he holds a hand over his heart. "That hurts."

"Of course you're one of my best friends, but you can't say yourself. That's cheating."

"Fine. If I had to say someone other than myself, I'd say your next best friend would be Dawon. Am I right? Then after her, it's all the guys."

Hoseok nods enthusiastically at that, a smile plastered on his face.

"Yeah, for sure. My sister and I are super close, so she's definitely my best friend. Then right after her, it would be all of my fellow Blue Channel members!"

"See? I know you so well."

Instead of responding to that, Hoseok continues with the questions.

"What sports do I play?"

"You play basketball poorly." Yoongi starts with raised eyebrows and Hoseok snorts at that. He can't even deny that because unfortunately, it's true. "You play soccer poorly, you play tennis poorly...are we sensing a pattern here?"

"What am I good at?"

"You're excellent at dancing."

"Well, I would hope so considering I run a damn dance channel on YouTube."

They share a smile and Yoongi reaches up to ruffle Hoseok's hair. He's never been one for PDA outside of holding hands or the occasional arm around the waist and he absolutely refuses to kiss Hoseok on camera because he finds it tacky. The small gesture is his way of communicating his affection when they aren't out of the eye of the public. Hoseok knows it's Yoongi's way of silently saying he loves him, so when Yoongi's hand falls out of frame, Hoseok reaches for it and squeezes it softly. I love you, too.

"What is something I can spend hours doing?" Hoseok asks with a finger in the air. "Don't say dancing."

"But that is something you literally spend hours doing every day." Yoongi rolls his eyes at his boyfriend and lets out a heavy sigh. "Fine, but do you think the thing you love doing for hours is appropriate to say on camera?"

The self-congratulatory look on Yoongi's face reminds Hoseok of just an hour before filming when he was riding the older man in the kitchen, or even when they'd just woken up and he'd cum all over Yoongi's face as a ‘good morning.' Hoseok really could spend hours fucking Yoongi, getting fucked by Yoongi, or even just getting off to the thought of Yoongi, and he does on most days. They take their time getting up in the morning so that they can explore the same body they've slept next to for the past nine years. They take breaks from filming just to pleasure each other, and every night before they go to bed it's like a race to see who can make the other cum faster. Sometimes Hoseok thinks he spends more time having sex with Yoongi than he does dancing, but he can’t say that to his viewers. The majority of those who watch his channel are young kids. Sure, they're young kids who may or may not regularly request videos of him with Yoongi and write the most interesting erotic fiction he's ever read about him with not only his boyfriend, but also the other members of his collaboration channel, but he isn't going to add any fuel to that fire.

"Safe for work, Min. Get it together."

And while Yoongi was only partially joking, he laughs at the use of his surname and nods his head.

"Yes, sir!" Yoongi says as he salutes the other man. "Something Hoseok spends hours doing, other than dancing, is probably watching dramas and crying. He cries so much."

"It's good to cry. Sometimes you just need a nice cry to make yourself feel better." Hoseok side eyes his lover and offers him a pat on the shoulder. "Yoongi hardly cries, that's why he's so angry all the time. If he just let himself have good cry session, he'd feel a whole lot better about life."

Yoongi groans at that and reaches out to pinch the other on the side.

"Enough, you always say that."

"I always say it because it's true! Guys, do you agree with me? Tell me in the comments section if you think a good cry makes everything better."

Cut.

"What is my go-to alcoholic beverage?" Hoseok sticks his tongue at the question and pretends to gag.

"You're not a big drinker," Yoongi says as he leans back in the chair and crosses his arms. "But if we go out and have drinks, you'll usually stick to something fruity like a glass of Moscato. If they don't have Moscato, then you'll get a flavored vodka, like lemon or peach, with cranberry and pineapple juice."

Hoseok applauds his boyfriend's words and nods enthusiastically because Yoongi is one hundred percent correct. Hoseok was never much of a drinker, which explains why the night he'd drunkenly confessed to Yoongi that he loved him he'd only had two beers and was beyond wasted. He doesn't like not being in control of his body, he hates blacking out, and even more than that he can't stand having hangovers. To him there's no point in getting drunk, so he avoids it as much as he can. If he does have to drink or if he's in the mood to have one then he will, but only if the drink tastes good. So he takes it in stride when his friends make fun of him for drinking fruity drinks and happily sips on the sugary beverages with a smile on his face as they all chug down what Hoseok thinks tastes like dirty ass.

The word ‘OWNED' flashes across the screen as the color fades to black and white. Hoseok pouts to the camera and then when he smiles the color comes back.

"I'm not into the taste of alcohol and I really can't handle my drinks, so I turn into a basic bitch. I have no shame. Whenever we go out Yoongi will have something like whiskey and coke or sometimes he'll just get a scotch on the rocks and he always tells me to try it. I swear, you guys, it never tastes good."

"Tae likes scotch, too," Yoongi says as he scratches the back of his ear. "He can only handle one drink, as well, though."

"At least we're cheap dates. Alcohol can get expensive when you go out."

"I wonder if-" The name Yoongi says is bleeped out and Hoseok's channel banner is edited over his mouth as he says it. "-is glad that Tae doesn't drink that much. It must be nice for both of their wallets since-" The name is bleeped again. "-drinks so heavily."

"I'm sure, he definitely evens out the tab. It must be terrible to have to drink THAT much just to get a small buzz. I swear he can drink more than anyone I've ever met." Hoseok tugs on his bangs before pushing them out of his face. "I wonder what it's like for him to have to deal with Taetae getting so drunk after one drink, you know I've never seen him even slightly drunk. He's always holding his composure."

"I'm sure it's cute to him. I think it's cute when you're super drunk." Yoongi loves drunk Hoseok. Drunk Hoseok is pouty and whiny and needy, which really isn’t all that different from normal Hoseok, but Yoongi adores the extreme.

"You know, one time when we were all out drinking I accidentally almost put a clip of him and Tae in my vlog. I didn't mean to, but they were in the background and I didn't notice at all. It was just on a whim that I watched the whole vlog before I uploaded it."

"Tae would have been pissed."

Hoseok smirks at the camera and shrugs.

"Oh well."

The running joke in their group of friends is that one of them is going to out Taehyung and his partner to the internet. And while it is just that, a joke, they've all come a lot closer to accidentally spilling the beans than any of them would like to admit. Even Taehyung himself has tripped up a few times and while he's definitely not embarrassed by his lover, he's not sure if he's ready to put their entire relationship out there on the world wide web for people to see. Hoseok understands wholeheartedly, he and Yoongi kept their relationship a secret from their viewers for as long as they could even though they had been dating before either of them had even uploaded a video onto the internet. It was only when a viewer caught the two of them at a restaurant together, very obviously on a date, that the two of them decided to come clean. Even when Hoseok thinks back to when Jimin and Jungkook broke up for a short time and Jungkook had been living with them for an entire month, he wondered how they were going to break it to their viewers. So many people become so invested in their personal lives that when relationships don't work out things turn a million times more ugly than they need to. Luckily for them, Jungkook and Jimin were able to work things out and no one would have to go through heartache to the public eye.

Hoseok sometimes wonders what his life would be like if Yoongi left him because God knows that Hoseok would rather die than leave his lover. He wonders if he would quit YouTube altogether and crawl under a rock to die. Hoseok thinks he'd be so lost if the older man were to leave him and doesn't know how or if he'd be able to survive because nine years of their lives have been spent relying on one another. Yoongi is his everything, he's his better half and there's no one in the world Hoseok thinks that could even come close to what Yoongi means to him.

"What's the next question?" Yoongi cuts him out of his thoughts and he swears that the older man can read his mind because he scoots just a little bit closer and rests a hand on Hoseok's thigh. The smile he gives him is the same one that Hoseok knows is for his eyes only and that's enough to bring his cheerful mood back.

"What do we fight about the most?"

They don't fight, not really. The two argue here and there and bicker over small things, but they never actually fight. In fact, Hoseok can probably count the number of real fights they've had on his two hands which he thinks is pretty impressive for having been together since they were teenagers.

"We hardly ever fight." Yoongi voices Hoseok's thoughts as he rubs his nose with the back of his hand. "We're pretty good about communicating with each other so if something is bothering one of us we just nip it in the bud right then and there. Those rarely escalate to fights because we both make an effort to listen to what the other has to say and correct whatever needs to be done."

"When was the last time we fought? I can't even remember."

"Uh, it was when Jungkook was staying with us."

Ah, right. Hoseok remembers now. When Jungkook and Jimin had broken up, Hoseok allowed the youngest to stay with them because they were the only ones with extra space at the time. Jimin had been trying and trying to get a hold of Jungkook to work things out, but Jungkook was reluctant, and since Jimin and Yoongi are so close to one another, Hoseok felt like Yoongi was pushing too hard for Jungkook to forgive him. Hoseok remembers being so angry at Yoongi for even attempting to defend Jimin's actions because Jimin hit Jungkook and to Hoseok that is the worst thing one could do to their lover. It didn't help that Jimin and Yoongi always get mistaken as a couple, whether it be people on the street or their viewers who are acutely aware of Yoongi and Hoseok's relationship, and while Hoseok trusts them, it does get a little frustrating at times. Hoseok remembers accusing Yoongi of having feelings for Jimin, which in hindsight made no sense as Yoongi was trying to help the younger man mend his relationship with Jungkook, but he just couldn’t understand why Yoongi was so supportive of Jimin.

It was so long ago and Hoseok is glad it’s over because he hates when they aren't getting along. Their fights are few and far between, but when they do occur, it's the worst feeling in the world.

"Oh, right. I remember now."

"I would say that we have little arguments a lot, but it's not like we're getting upset with each other and all out fighting . Our arguments are more like ‘You left the clothes in the wash overnight' or ‘You used all of my shampoo.' Little shit like that."

"Yep. We’re pretty much perfect. Okay, next one: what clothing item of yours do I like most?"

"Wait, do you mean on me or do you like to steal?"

"I don't know. It isn't specific. Just answer both."

"I don't know. You're always hyping me up no matter what." Yoongi cackles, Hoseok’s favorite phrase ‘damn, baby, you fine as fuck’ playing in his head. Regardless of what Yoongi is wearing, whether it's sweatpants and a t-shirt or if he's dressed up to go out, Hoseok is constantly complimenting him on how good he looks.

"Yeah, you look good in everything, but there is an outfit that you wear - or, like, a variation of this outfit that I like a lot."

"Are you talking about the turtleneck and glasses?" The older man grins, earning an enthusiastic nod in response. "I knew it."

"Turtleneck and glasses get me every damn time."

"And I think the clothing item of mine that you steal the most is either my old basketball shirt or that huge sweater Seokjin got me for Christmas three years ago."

Hoseok beams at that and holds his hands in the air with a shimmy of his shoulders. Yoongi's old shirt is worn out and the words are fading in some spots. On the front, it has their old high school's mascot holding a basketball and on the back, it simply has Min across the top with the number 15 below it. It's big on Hoseok and even larger on Yoongi, but Hoseok likes it because it's one of Yoongi's only clothing items that aren't too short or tight for him. He loves the sweater Seokjin bought for the same reason, though he thinks the sweater was more a gift for him than Yoongi because he'd voiced that to the eldest of their group two weeks before Christmas.

"Okay, the last question is this: What's it like to be my boyfriend?" Hoseok looks at Yoongi expectantly and the way Yoongi looks back at him makes his stomach do somersaults.

"Well, you're the complete opposite of me, right? You're loud and you're outgoing and you're friendly towards anyone and everyone no matter what. You're one of those people that just lights up the room and I'm definitely not, so sometimes it surprises even me that we've made it this far. But all of those things about you are the things that I love. I think you make up for everything that I lack and vice versa. You're kind of always just up in the clouds and I think you need someone like me to bring you back down to Earth. Being your boyfriend is hard sometimes because of how insanely different we are, but it's also what I think I'm the best at doing. I don't think that I do anything better than loving you and I don't think anyone else could love you the way I do, so it works out well in the end for us. Besides, I took a punch to the face to make you mine, so if I can handle that I can handle your jumping around in the morning before I've had my coffee."

Hoseok wants to kiss Yoongi badly now, so instead of warning him he simply leans in and-

Rap_God: When you guys get married, can I tell the story about the time that Yoongi thought I was Hoseok and crawled into bed with me and tried to slip a finger in my ass? I was scarred for life.

MinYG93: @Rap_God I was drunk!!!!

EatJin: Lmfaooooooooo @MinYG93 @Rap_God

CHR97: IS ANYONE ELSE CURIOUS ABOUT WHO TAEHYUNG IS DATING???

V_A_DAY: I am!!!!! ;)

Hyo_Ri39393: I heard he's been dating that Instagram dude Park Bogum!!!!! @V_A_DAY is it true?????

IceQueen89: No, way, it's definitely Sungjae here on YouTube! He always likes Taehyung's posts and vice versa.

Yoongiswife: There are photos of him out on a date with the singing guy here on YouTube, Joonmyun!

MyxChemicalxV: @Yoongiswife no that wasn't a date, they were filming for an episode of Tae's Fashion Fridays, already confirmed by both of them that it wasn't a date. There's a ton of evidence that he's dating Instagram model Park Bogum.

HoneyHoneyHoney: I mean...the evidence for him dating Bogum is pretty weak...there's also plenty of proof of him dating the Instagram model Kim Minjae. Minjae goes to my sister's university and she says she's seen them together a few times.

MyxChemicalxV: Psh, no way they're just friends. @HoneyHoneyHoney

MarksonIsReal: Aren't there rumors of him dating his manager? Sejin??? There's even a photo of them holding hands somewhere. I wouldn't mind that he's hot :) :) :)

Yoon_Kim: I've heard rumors that he's actually secretly dating Baekhyun and that the whole BaekhyunxChanyeol couple is all for money and publicity. That's why he won't reveal who he's dating. Money makes people do crazy things.

Whenwillyouroppaever: LMFAO ^^^ @Yoon_Kim what the fuck that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. He's obviously dating Himchan...they're more discreet about their relationship, but we all know they're dating.

Chapter Text

Vlog title: I proposed!

Jungkook leans back into the driver’s seat of his car and holds the camera close to his face before slowly pulling it away so that he’s completely in the frame.

“Hey!” He starts, a smile tugging at the corner of his lips. “So...yes, hi. Hello. My name is Jungkook, uh...I don’t do this very often, so I feel kind of awkward just sitting here and talking to a camera. That’s Jimin’s thing, not mine.”

He clears his throat and adjusts himself in the seat, taking a moment to collect himself as he tries to figure out just what to say to the camera.

“So, hi. I already said that, didn’t I? Fuck this is so weird, how do all of my friends do this? Okay, well, hi I’m Jungkook- as I said before. I mean, you guys know me because you’re watching this...I bet some of you are from Jimin’s channel, as well, so...yeah we’re all familiar with each other. I’m not making a gaming video today, obviously. I’m in the car outside of my work. I’m about to drive home, but I wanted to film this before I get home and see Jimin. As you guys know, or maybe you don’t, but you will now, Jimin and I have been together for about five years. Five years to me kind of doesn’t seem like enough time, I want to be with him for, like, five hundred years. You know?” He coughs and makes the mistake of looking up and out his window to come face to face with one of his coworkers. The woman is looking on at him with an amused expression and although his face turns bright red with embarrassment, he waves politely. She waves back with a laugh before turning on her heel and walking to her car. “How the fuck do they do this? I have no idea! Anyway, tomorrow is mine and Jimin’s monthiversary. I know, I know, it’s super lame that we celebrate them, Jimin used to make fun of me for it all the time when I would say ‘Oh, we’ve been together for x amount of months, we need to celebrate!’ All of our friends laugh at us, but I like to celebrate them, okay? Jimin likes to celebrate them, too, now so it makes me happy to see him happy. Uh, so...right. I am going to propose to Jimin tomorrow on our monthiversary.”

Jungkook lets out a heavy sigh and covers his face with his hand. He’s only told a few people his plans to propose and saying it out loud still makes him giddy.

“So, yeah, I’ve asked Yoongi, Namjoon, and Seokjin to help me out and we’ve put together something special and tomorrow we’re putting the plan in motion. I usually make Jimin breakfast and write him a note and get him a little gift for our monthiversary, but this time I’m not going to...well, the gift will be the ring, duh, but yeah I’m going to pretend like I forgot tomorrow and get everything rolling from there. I’m really excited-” He’s cut off by the sound of IU’s Good Day. He smiles at the camera and turns his phone towards it to show a photo of Jimin and the name ‘Shorty’ flashing across the top. He sings along for a moment before answering. “Hey, babe...yeah, I just got out. I’ll be home soon...uh-huh, I did...no, no, that’s fine. Just do what you need to do, I’ll be home in, hmm, twenty minutes? If that...okay, that works...love you, too. Bye.”

When Jungkook hangs up the phone his smile is just a little bit brighter than it was before.

“So, I need to go because the internet isn’t working and that automatically means I did something wrong. Jimin is going to Seokjin’s until I can go back home and fix things...can’t keep the prince of the castle waiting too long, now can I?”

Cut.

“Hello, again,” Jungkook whispers as he sets the camera down on the kitchen counter. He rearranges some of the boxes of cereal to keep the camera hidden, but still keeping everything in the shot. “I’m going to hide this here and, uh, yeah...Jimin should be up any minute.”

Jungkook busies himself by making a bowl of cereal to eat. He leans against the stove and almost as if on cue, Jimin makes his way into the kitchen. The older man’s hair is a mess, sticking up in every direction, and he’s dressed in one of Jungkook’s oversized t-shirts. Jungkook has to resist the urge to coo and instead shovels a spoonful of frosted cheerios in his mouth.

“You didn’t make breakfast?” Jimin whines, shuffling forward to lean against Jungkook. The taller of the two leans down to press a kiss to the crown of Jimin’s head before humming out a quiet ‘no.' “Why not?”

“Was I supposed to?”

Jimin seems startled by the question, he sits up straighter, and the look on his face is one of pure confusion.

“You just...always make breakfast, I guess-” Jimin pauses, a look of understanding flashes across his face and he cracks a smile. “Are you fucking with me right now?”

Jungkook chuckles at that.

“No. What? How?”

Jimin pokes him on the stomach.

“Let me find out you’re messing with me. Where’s breakfast?”

Jungkook laughs harder this time, reaching out to grab Jimin’s hand and pulling him closer.

“For real, I didn’t make breakfast. I’m sorry, baby, I just didn’t have time.” He sets his bowl of cereal down to wrap both arms around Jimin. “You’re spoiled.”

“And whose fault is that?” The older man jokes back, standing on his toes to kiss Jungkook on the cheek.

“You can have my Cheerios, but I seriously don’t have time to make breakfast today. I have a meeting early this morning.”

“Will you have time for lunch today?”

“I don’t think so, love.”

Jungkook always makes time to have lunch with Jimin on their monthiversary. Always. The look of disappointment on Jimin’s face isn’t missed.

“Okay...I guess.”

Cut.

Jungkook is driving in his car, and the camera rests on the dashboard as he tries to keep it steady.

“Jimin really thinks I forgot our monthiversary. He’s so sad and super bummed out right now, but I think he’ll feel better about it later.” Jungkook smiles. “I got Yoongi to go and break some really bad news to Jimin, as well. So, basically Hoseok and Jimin are working together with adidas to make some really cool dance stuff happen, they choreographed a routine together in order to promote the brand and they’re supposed to release the video two days, it’s really badass, and they put a lot of time and effort into it. I know Jimin has mentioned it as it’s set in stone that the video is going to come in two days. The video is coming out, guys, don’t fret about that, but basically Yoongi is going to go over to our apartment around lunch time and tell Jimin that the deal is off. Because Hoseok is the head of the project, Yoongi is going to say that Hoseok was too upset and couldn’t tell Jimin himself, hence why Yoongi is the one delivering the news. Jimin is going to be so mad, I know he is, and I feel really sorry for putting him through this stress, but I want him to be having the worst day ever so when he gets to Seokjin and Namjoon’s tonight he’ll be so surprised.”

He blows as many kisses to the camera as he can while keeping both hands on the wheel and smiles apologetically. He knows that maybe he’s going a bit too far, but he remembers how much or a romantic Jimin is and he knows that once the other realizes how much effort he’s put into the proposal, he’ll be ecstatic.

“I’m sorry, baby if you’re watching this. It’s worth it in the end, right?” Jungkook’s smile drops and his body stiffens. “Fuck, I hope he says yes. I hope he says yes because if he doesn’t that would suck.”

Cut.

Jungkook is sitting in his office, the time 12:29 flashes across the bottom of the screen, and he leans forward against his desk with Jimin on the phone. The speaker is slightly distorted, but Jimin’s words are easy to make out.

“We worked so hard on this, how could they drop us two days before we were supposed to release the video?” The elder man hiccups into the phone and Jungkook can tell from his voice that he’d been crying. “That’s so unprofessional; they didn’t even give a reason.”

“I know, I know, but these things happen. You know that.”

“Yeah, but fuck it sucks.” Jimin sighs heavily into the phone and Jungkook yawns back. “Well, I guess I’ll let you get back to work. Will you at least be home early tonight?”

“I don’t think so, but I told Seokjin and Namjoon that we would be joining them for dinner tonight. I’ll probably have to meet you there.”

“What? Why didn’t you tell me this sooner?”

“Well, I told them just a while ago that we would.”

Jungkook knows that Jimin is getting frustrated, it’s obvious in the way that he sighs every few moments and lets his accent slip out.

“I thought we would spend tonight together, you know, just the two of us. Alone.” The implication in Jimin’s words isn’t missed. Jungkook glances at the camera with cherry red cheeks and wide eyes. Oops.

Cut.

“When Jimin and I started to get a little more serious, maybe about a year and a half into our relationship, we had this long talk about marriage.” Jungkook starts, he’s in the car again and heading to the small bakery close to Namjoon and Seokjin’s shared apartment. He’d preordered two dozen of Jimin’s favorite cupcakes for the night. “See, Jimin wasn’t really a big marriage kind of person before we met. I’m sure you guys know this already because Jimin is super open about his past, but he was never the type to be with one person for too long. That scared me so much back then, even sometimes now it scares me, because he’s been with so many people and he never wanted to settle down. He always told me that marriage was stupid, that it was society’s way of keeping us in line- you go to college, you meet your sweetheart, you get married...you stick to the norm that’s set in place or else you’re a failure. He thought it was bullshit.”

When they were younger Jungkook worried that he would never be enough for Jimin. How could he go from sleeping around with so many different men and women to just one person? And even if he could remain monogamous, how long would that last? Thoughts like that kept Jungkook up at night because even from the beginning he knew that Jimin was the one for him. Five years later and Jungkook still feels the same giddiness in his stomach at the mere mention of Park Jimin. He still feels nervous when they go on dates, still gets butterflies in his belly when their lips find each other in the dark, still wants to prove to Jimin that he’s the best thing that’s ever happened in Jungkook’s life.

Jimin was always open and honest with Jungkook about his sexuality and his stance on relationships in general. On their first date Jimin smiled so prettily at Jungkook and told him that he shouldn’t expect much from him. However, nothing remains constant and Jimin’s desire to be with as many people as he could tapered off until it was non-existent and all he could see was Jeon Jungkook. Jungkook who loved Jimin unconditionally, who stayed around even after learning of Jimin’s promiscuous ways, who understood every insecurity that bubbled up inside of his gut. Jungkook made Jimin re-think his stance on marriage, made him imagine a forever that involved a particular software engineer slash self-proclaimed gamer geek. So a year and half after making things official between the two of them Jimin sat Jungkook down in the younger man’s old rickety apartment that had paint peeling off of the walls and hardly any hot water, and said maybe marriage isn’t that bad.

“So, we’re sitting in my apartment and Jimin is telling me that, hey, maybe this whole marriage idea isn’t so stupid and I’m thinking yes yes yes , this was all I needed to hear. He’s telling me that he wouldn’t mind having a huge party with our friends and families to celebrate our love and, you know, if a badass cake was involved that would be cool, too. So I knew that we were going to get married one day. Now here we are, it’s our monthiversary, and I’m going to ask the man of my dreams if he could spend the rest of his life with me.”

Jungkook clicks his tongue.

“Well, everyone, wish me luck.”

Cut.

Jungkook is changed into a pair of dark jeans and a plain white t-shirt, he does a slow spin so that the camera catches every part of the roof terrace that he’s decorated with flower bouquets and rose petals. He’d set up a small area with speakers so that when Jimin comes he can play a song that Yoongi recorded for them. The song is one of Jimin’s favorites, one that their friend had written three years before for Hoseok, and Jimin swore to everyone that would listen that it was the best love song he’d ever heard. Jungkook begged Yoongi to record the song and let him use it for his proposal and while at first Yoongi had refused, the song was written for Hoseok after all, he eventually caved in and let the younger man have it.

“We’re waiting for Jimin to come, he still thinks that I’m blowing today off and that I’m being such a shitty boyfriend right now.” Jungkook chews on his lower lip in thought. “I hope he likes this. Jimin, I bet you’re watching this right now, and hopefully, at this point, we’re engaged. If not I’ve probably been kicked out of our home, but I’m living on a prayer right now and being optimistic. I love you so much, and I hope you know that I made this day as stressful as possible for you so that this could be a surprise. Namjoon! Come say something!”

Jungkook waves Namjoon over until the older man is sprinting to his side. He waves at the camera and leans in close.

“Jimin, I swear if you say no, I’m going to be so mad at you because I had to help Jungkook clean this entire terrace. You guys are going to be the first ones out of our group to be engaged and I’m honestly so shocked that of everyone it’s going to be you getting married, if you told me that back in the day I wouldn’t have believed it. Yet, here we are on the roof of my apartment with your long-term boyfriend about to watch you agree to be with one man for the rest of your life. I’m so proud of you guys...just give me a few years before you guys decide you want to adopt a kid, okay? I can only take so much of my children growing up.”

“That was a very Seokjin thing of you to say.”

“We’re becoming more and more alike every single day. The hivemind is real.” The rapper jokes, his hand comes to rest on Jungkook’s shoulder, and he gives it a hard squeeze. “For real, though, I’m so happy for you guys.”

“So if everything goes right, Yoongi is going to bring Hoseok over, and Taehyung will be here, too, so we can have a celebratory dinner. If he says no, then...I don’t know.” Jungkook laughs.

Cut.

“Seokjin, seriously, what the fuck?” Jimin whines as he’s led out onto the terrace. Seokjin has his hands over the younger man’s eyes despite the fact that he’s clearly upset. “I am not in the mood for all of this. Can we just eat? I’m starving, and I’m having an awful day and-”

He finally stops speaking when the eldest removes his hands.

Jungkook is standing next to the speakers with the song that Yoongi wrote plays softly in the background. He smiles sheepishly at his boyfriend, taking in just how cute Jimin looks. The beauty guru is dressed only in a pair of black joggers and a black Adidas shirt to match, but to Jungkook he’s never looked more breathtaking. Jimin glances to his left and right, confused by the amount of rose petals spread everywhere and flower arrangements decorating the rooftop.

“What’s going on here?” He asks as he takes slow cautionary steps towards his lover.

“Do you like it?” Jungkook asks, eyes full of optimism and something else that Jimin can’t quite place. Fear? Maybe, but it’s unlike Jungkook to be afraid of anything. Sure, he’s shy and a little bit on the quiet side, but never afraid.

“Yeah, I like it.” Jimin laughs. “I just...don't get it.”

Jungkook lets out a small laugh and nods his head before reaching out to gently take Jimin’s hand in his.

“Okay, then, let me help you get it.”

When the younger man drops down to one knee Jimin’s eyes go wide, and his hands fly to his face. There’s no way Jungkook is doing this, no way. Jimin’s mind goes blank, and he feels tears pricking the corners of his eyes.

“Jungkook-”

“Jimin, I had this whole speech planned in my head with what I wanted to say and what I wanted to do and it was really cool, but now that I’m here and I’m looking at you I just kind of forgot it. I, uh, I wish that I could say something really sweet and romantic, but the truth is I just want to marry you. I want to wake up to you every morning and go to bed with you every night until I die. I want to be that really gross and inappropriate old couple that we saw at the grocery store, remember? The ones that kept grabbing each other’s butts and making awkward comments to each other about sex. I want that with you. I want to have kids one day and I want to raise them with you, I want to be happy and I want us to be together forever. There are so many things that I want to do with you and they all start off with us getting married. Jimin, will you marry me? Please?”

Jungkook pulls a small box out of his pocket, fiddling with it for a moment as he tries to still his shaky hands, and then he opens it. At the sight of the ring, Jimin loses it.

“Damnit, Jungkook, you’re such an asshole.” Jimin weeps into his hands as he tries to wipe away the tears that won’t stop coming. “I look like shit, and you look so good. I’m in fucking sweatpants, and my hair is so greasy.”

Jungkook laughs at that and shakes his head. There’s absolutely no way that Jimin could ever look bad, not to Jungkook at least.

“You're looking great.” He offers nervously. The older man still hasn’t said yes and Jungkook thinks he’s about to have a mental breakdown if he doesn’t get his answer soon.

“I thought that you forgot about today or that you didn’t care, but you’re here and you look so good and you planned all of this out-” Jimin takes a moment to take a deep breath. “Fuck, of course, I’ll marry you, Binky-bear, you idiot.”

Namjoon laughs from behind the camera.

“Put the ring on him!” He yells encouragingly, and the frame shakes for a moment as he forgets that he’s holding the camera. “Oh, right, shit. I gotta stay still.”

“Give me your hand, Jimin.”

The ring fits perfectly and as soon as it’s on Jimin falls to his knees as well, both hands finding Jungkook’s cheeks so that he can pull him in for a kiss that seems to last forever for the two of them. When they finally pull away, foreheads resting against each other’s Jungkook grins.

“Oh, man, good thing that ring fit your tiny little sausages. I was kind of worried that it would be too big for your little hands.” He jokes, earning a loud snort from his lover.

“Fuck off,” Jimin says as he laughs through his tears. “I love you, asshole.”

“Well, shit, I hope so because we’re getting married now.”

“Namjoon, turn that camera off. I gotta teach this kid a lesson.” Jimin jokes, but shrieks when Namjoon accidentally drops the camera instead. “Who thought it would be a good idea to let him film?”

Cut.

“We’re married, look at my ring!” Jimin holds up a hand to show the camera. They’re inside Namjoon and Seokjin’s apartment now, and all of their friends are there, as well.

“We’re not married, yet, we’re engaged. We’re gonna be married.” Jungkook corrects him, and Jimin rolls his eyes.

“Whatever, same thing. Hoseok, what do you think?” Jimin turns the camera to Hoseok, who’s in mid bite of his cupcake. The dancer smiles and wipes his mouth hurriedly before speaking.

“I’m so happy for you guys, you’re both growing up so well, and it makes me feel old that my friends are getting married.” He laughs. “You beat us and Namjoon and Seokjin, so you know it’s real. I’m just a little annoyed that Jungkook told everyone but me, and that Yoongi didn’t tell me, either.”

“Nobody told me, either!” Taehyung yells from out of frame and Jimin turns the camera in his direction.

The fashion vlogger seems to be wrestling someone on the couch, but the person is out of frame. He looks up at the camera and grins, raising a hand to wave and letting out a quiet giggle when a hand comes to rest on his hip.

“Taetae, what do you think of us getting married?”

“I knew it! I knew that when I had you both at my birthday party, you guys were going to fall in love and get married. I’m the best matchmaker slash best friend in the world.” Taehyung beams. He’d always been close to both Jungkook and Jimin and he had always wanted to introduce the two to each other, so when they finally did meet Taehyung knew that nature would take it’s course and the two would eventually fall in love. Call him psychic. “You should be thanking me because I’m basically the reason you guys are together.”

The hand on his hip tickles his side and this time he screeches with laughter.

“Stop!” He whines before Jimin moves on to Yoongi.

“Yoongi! What do you think about us getting married?”

“Well, I think that if that’s what you want then good for you.” He holds a thumbs up. “You guys are great together, and I’m glad that if anyone has to put up with you for the rest of their life, it’s Jungkook. He’s a good kid.”

“Aw! You want me to be happy?”

“Of course I do.” Yoongi laughs, hand coming up to scratch the back of his head. “I want all of us to be happy.”

“But me the most, right? Because I’m your favorite.”

The elder rolls his eyes at that, but the smile that tugs at his lips is evident.

“I’m his favorite,” Hoseok says, coming up from behind and wrapping his arms around Yoongi’s shoulders. “But you come in a close second.”

“Nobody comes close to you,” Yoongi mumbles into Hoseok’s ear, earning a blush from the dancer.

“Gross. Too much PDA from you guys, I can’t take it.” Jimin says as he pretends to gag. He turns the camera again, this time towards Seokjin. “Hyung! I’m engaged! What do you think?”

Seokjin’s smile doesn’t quite reach his eyes, but Jimin is too high off of happiness to notice. The older man nods his head and holds a thumb up with a smile.

“You guys are perfect for each other. I don’t know why Jungkook was stressing out so much. We all knew you’d say yes.”

Jimin quickly rushes to Jungkook, camera held right up to the younger man’s face.

“You were stressing out about this?” He asks cutely. Jungkook grabs the camera out of his hand and turns it to face Jimin.

“Of course I was stressed, but I think deep down I knew you’d say yes. You had to say yes, or else I think I’d jump off of that roof.”

“Well, I said yes!” Jimin sings. “And I’d say yes again, a million times over.”

CHR97: Did anyone else notice the random hand on Taehyung???? His boyfriend was there celebrating Jimin and Jungkook’s engagement!

MyxChemicalxV: I noticed it, too! They’re getting pretty bold now.

V_A_DAY: Of course he was there to celebrate my best friends getting married! I’m going to be the best man on both sides, so he came with me to congratulate them! (: (:

JKgames97: @V_A_DAY You can’t be the best man on both sides.

Jiminnieme: @V_A_DAY @JKgames97 He’s mine! I already called him!!!!

JKgames97: That’s okay, I was going to ask Namjoon to be mine. @V_A_DAY @Jiminnieme

V_A_DAY: What?! Why Namjoon?????? @JKgames97

Rap_God: Why not Namjoon??? @V_A_DAY I’m logically the best choice. I’ve basically raised Jungkook since he was a child.

EatJin: Wtf??? WHO raised Jungkook? I know you didn’t just say you. @Rap_God @JKgames97

JKgames97: @EatJin @Rap_God Whoa, mom and dad, hang on. You both raised me! Don’t fight, I hate it when you fight ): ): ):

The_watcher: did anyone else notice that seokjin seems kind of...not that excited for jimin and jungkook to get married??

Lalalandismyhome: I noticed that, too!!!!

EatJin: I’m very happy for them!!! Don’t worry about that :)

MinYG93: I’m in this vlog, too...where’s my check at????

HopeOnTheStreet: Omg, you comment this on every video you’re in lmao @MinYG93

MinYG93: You eat a lot...I need to make money where I can. @HopeOnTheStreet

JKgames97: Well...maybe if you uploaded more content frequently you wouln’t worry about how you’re going to feed your boyfriend. 0:) @MinYG93 @HopeOnTheStreet

Minji_isOnFire: Guys, am I the only one who thinks it’s weird that Jimin and Jungkook are the first ones to get married??? Haven’t Yoongi and Hoseok been together for a million years?? And Seokjin and Namjoon, too?? Five years, in comparison to that seems a little short.

JKgames97: Hi, @Minji_isOnFire! I know that Jimin and I haven’t been together as long as Yoongi and Hoseok or Namjoon and Seokjin, but I don’t think I should have to wait for them to get married before I propose to Jimin. Who knows how long I’d be waiting and I really don’t want to! I think five years is plenty of time and I love him with all of my heart, so I think it’s fine.

HopeOnTheStreet: I’d like to address this, as well, Yoongi isn’t all that big on the concept of marriage. We’ve decided that one day whenever we have the finances in line and we feel like we want to, we’ll sign those papers and maybe have the party, but we’re perfectly happy with where we’re at. I know that I’m going to be with him for the rest of my life and he’s stuck with me, so we don’t really need a ring or a piece of paper to cement that for now. One day we’ll do it, but it’s not going to be a huge deal...this isn’t a race. Please support our friends’ decision<3!!!

Video Title: Fiance does my makeup! Ft. JKgames97

“Hey, guys! We’re back today with another video for your viewing pleasure!” Jimin sings, holding up two fingers in a V pose before reaching out and pinching Jungkook on the side. He can hear his fiance trying, and failing, not to laugh. No matter how many times he’s filmed his intro in front of the other man Jungkook still thinks it’s downright hilarious.
“I held up a peace sign at least!” The younger man says with a snort and Jimin rolls his eyes.

“Okay, guys, I’m done with this fool, I swear to every god out there that I’m going to kill him after we film this damn video.” The beauty guru says with a giant smile on his face. “I’m sure you all know my fiance by now! If you don’t, then this is probably your first time here and if so, welcome! This is my fiance, Jungkook. He makes videos here on the tube!”
Jungkook offers the camera a smile and a quick wave. He fidgets in his spot as he eyes the makeup laid out in front of him, and he’s almost intimidated.
“Hi, I’m the fiance,” Jungkook blurts out with a thumbs up. He’s halfway comfortable in front of the camera, but he’s still a little nervous. He’s not a natural like Jimin and today he’s entirely out of his element, but somehow just being next to his lover eases all of his nerves and gives him the confidence booster he needs.
“Today Jungkookie is going to be doing my makeup, hence why I have no makeup on right now. We recently got engaged, and I thought it would be fun if we filmed a video like this. Jungkook knows next to nothing about makeup, he’s really good at gaming and computer stuff, but when it comes to the beauty world, he’s a rookie.”
“I’m going to be doing a super simple cut-crease, smokey eye, super blended, very pigmented, liquid lip, baked, and winged look on Jimin today,” Jungkook says with a smirk, he’s just throwing out words that he’s heard his fiance say in passing and he knows that none of it made any sense because Jimin raises his right eyebrow and his upper lip curls in what Jungkook can only assume is horror.
“O...kay,” Jimin says slowly, clearing his throat as he picks up a few makeup items from the table in front of them. “I’m just gonna put these up because…they’re my favorites and I’m scared.”

Cut.

“Okay! We’re back.” Jimin laughs as he throws his arms around Jungkook’s neck. Jungkook smiles at that and kisses the tip of his lover’s nose before standing up and moving the chair he’d been sitting on before to the side. “You guys can’t see, but we have a whole table full of makeup...there’s so much here that Jungkook can choose from and he’s just going to...do his thing. Let’s hope it comes out looking good. I’m just going to sit here and try my best not to tell him what to do.”
“Don’t be bossy,” Jungkook mumbles as he picks up a bottle of foundation and a tube of CC cream. “Okay, I’m going to start with these foundations. I always see Jimin mix his foundations, so I’m going to mix this...Guerlain? Am I saying that right? ‘Lingerie de Peau Natural Perfection Foundation’ and this ‘IT cosmetics CC cream’ together.”
“Oh,” Jimin says reaching out to grab Jungkook’s forearms, effectively stopping him in his tracks. “Two things. One that Guerlain foundations is like...sixty-some-odd bucks and you’re mixing it with a fifteen dollar CC cream. Just...making you aware of that. You probably don’t need to mix those.”
“Sixty dollars?! For this thing?” Jungkook waves the bottle of foundation around and then looks straight into the camera with a frown. “What the actual fuck? Why?”
“It’s a good foundation, babe.”
“Uh, this foundation better fucking cure cancer for sixty dollars. There’s only like...an ounce of liquid in this thing.”
“I mean...sixty isn’t that bad. I’ve spent more on other foundations.”
“You’ve...spent... more than sixty dollars on foundation?”
“You spent a hundred on Red Dead Redemption II, the ultimate edition . So I really don’t want to hear it.”
“Yeah, but-”
“Don’t wanna hear it!” Jimin pipes up, holding a small finger to his lover’s lips. “Shh. I don’t tell you how to spend your money. You don’t tell me how to spend mine.”

Cut.

“The other thing I was going to say before Jungkook freaked out...” Jimin says, now holding both the foundation and CC cream in his hands. “Was that I was wondering if there’s maybe something he wanted to do before the foundation?”
Jungkook frowns as he picks up Jimin’s pink beauty blender from the table in front of him and shrugs at the camera.
“I think Jimin is asking me that because there’s something I should be doing before I put this foundation on him...but uh...I don’t know what that thing is, so I’m just gonna not do that thing...whatever it is.”
Jimin eyes the primer on the table in front of him with a pout but keeps his mouth shut as Jungkook starts to apply the foundation to his face.
“So we just put this stuff on here, then we just use this little guy-” He waves the beauty blender in the air. “- to just blend it all in together.”
The video pauses, color turning to black in white, as the picture zooms in on Jimin’s face with Katy Perry’s voice saying ‘ They ask you how you are and you just have to say that you're fine when you're not really fine ’ in the background. Jimin almost cries, but he keeps it together and lets his lover continue.
Jungkook pats the beauty blender onto Jimin’s face as gently as he can, but he doesn’t exactly have the softest touch and Jimin’s shoulders shake with laughter as his lover attempts to blend his foundation. Jungkook looks proud of his work, at least, when he’s decided that he’s done with the foundation. He takes a step back to admire his job before he grabs a brush and contour kit off of the table next.
“Now, I’m going to contour and highlight the face. To give it dimension.” Jungkook says to the camera earning a snort from his lover.
“Where’d you hear that one?”
“I’ve seen a few of your videos, babe. I support you and watch you when I’m bored at work.”
“You watch my videos, and you still couldn’t remember to put primer on my face before you applied foundation?”
Jungkook’s eyes go wide, and he smacks his lips, shaking his head at himself as he lets out a small curse under his breath.
“Fuck, that’s what I was forgetting. I gotta put that shit on your eyes, too, huh?”
The smile Jimin offers Jungkook is breathtaking, it knocks the air out of his lungs and makes his stomach do somersaults.
“Yes, Binky-bear, you do.”
“Sorry, Waffle,” Jungkook mumbles, as he swipes two lines of dark cream contour across Jimin’s cheeks and jawline. “I won’t forget on the eyes, I promise.”
Jimin tilts his head to smile at the camera and wink.

Jimin sighs as Jungkook attempts to blend out the brown lines on his face. Honestly, his skin is starting to feel irritated with how harshly Jungkook is tugging on it, but he does his best to keep on a brave face.
“Okay...well…I’ve done my best,” Jungkook says finally setting down the brush and contour kit. “It’s just a little dark, but I think it looks okay.”
Jimin chews on his lower lip, hesitantly reaching out to grab the small handheld mirror that’s on the table in front of them and he can’t hold in the screech that leaves his lips.
“A LITTLE dark?” Jimin’s eyebrows furrow together in confusion as he stares in the mirror. “Holy shit, babe, it’s like you contoured a fucking beard onto me.”
“Well, okay, I’m not done yet. So...just, like, give me a minute or whatever.”
Jungkook reaches for a small white package on the table, picking it up and smiling at the camera.
“So I know what this shit is. It’s Rihanna’s highlighter in the shade…” Jungkook flips the highlighter over to read out the name. “Trophy wife.”
Jimin lets out what seems to be the fiftieth sigh in less than ten minutes as he nods his head slowly.
“Okay, so what exactly are you going for here?” He asks. In his personal opinion, the highlighter doesn’t look all that great on his skin tone, and it was definitely one that he bought for the hype rather than practical use. He’d planned to give it to Hakyeon, since the other beauty vlogger mentioned he’d wanted to try it, but he never got around to dropping it off and now it’s here on the table in front of them instead.
“I’m gonna highlight your face!”
“Right, but I’m just confused as to what the look is that you’re going for.”
“Babe, you’re not supposed to be bossy, remember?”
This effectively shuts Jimin up.

Cut.

“All right! Now it’s time to prime the eyes.” Jungkook sings as he picks up a small tube with the word ‘primer’ written across it. At least he knows he can’t fuck this one up.
Jimin’s face is covered in glitter, and in retrospect, the gold highlighter probably wasn’t Jungkook’s best idea, but he’s going to keep that thought to himself and work with what he’s got. The gamer rubs the primer onto his boyfriend’s eyelids before he grabs one of the many eyeshadow palettes that are on the table.
Jimin eyes his boyfriend’s choice and nods his head in appreciation.
“I’ve really been wanting to play with this one, but I haven’t had a chance to try it out as much as I’d like...I think I’ve used it maybe twice?” He says as Jungkook swirls a brush around into one of the pans. “The colors ‘crave’ and ‘daydream’ are my favorites out of the whole palette.”
“Yeah? I like those colors, too. Oh! This is the ‘Huda Beauty New Nude’ eyeshadow palette, for everyone at home.”
Jungkook applies the color ‘Play,’ a matte pink shade, all over Jimin’s eyelid. He’s clumsy, and he holds the brush awkwardly as packs the color on. It’s messy and uneven, but Jungkook doesn’t know how his fiance always seems to fill in his eyes perfectly with no mess, so he moves on to the next eye and hopes for the best.
“This is so hard.” He says finally, as he dips the brush into a glittery copper shade next.
Jimin hums in response, pulling away briefly so he can open his eyes and look at his lover.
“It’s actually a lot harder when you’re doing it to someone else, too. It’s way easier if you were doing it to yourself.” Jimin perks up as a thought enters his head. “If you guys want to see Jungkook put makeup on himself leave a  comment down below and tell us!”
“Oh, no. No, no, no. I’m not putting makeup on my face.” The younger man whines, earning a whine from his lover.
“Why not?”
“Because I’ll look ridiculous and I’ll break out. You know I have sensitive skin.”
“Oh my gosh. Whatever.” Jimin responds, closing his eyes again as Jungkook gets back to work.
“Maybe I should add in some black.” Jungkook mumbles, searching the table for a black eyeshadow and letting out a victorious cheer when he finds one. “Perfect!”
The younger man applies black eyeshadow to the outer corner of Jimin’s eyes before picking up a blending brush and sweeping it over his eyes. He’s just doing what he’s seen his fiance do in videos a million times, but it’s just not coming out the way it does when Jimin does it. He supposes it’s because he’s never really applied makeup to anyone before and Jimin is pretty much a professional. That’s what he tells himself to feel better, at least, because this is the first time Jungkook has tried to do something and not been successful immediately.

Cut.

“All right! I was going to try to put eyeliner on him, but I just know that’s not going to work, so we’re moving on to the next thing! Lips!” Jungkook picks up a dark maroon liquid lipstick that he’s seen Jimin wear millions of times before. “This is my favorite one Jimin has so I’m just going to...put that on real quick.”
The application is messy, and that comes as no surprise to Jungkook at this point, but he keeps on trucking because he’s already tired of this and ready for it to be done. He grabs a red lip gloss from the table next and quickly runs it over the lipstick after he’s decided it’s dry enough.
“Is that it, baby?” Jimin asks, looking up at Jungkook through his eyelashes earning a nod in response. He grabs the mirror again and lifts it up, giving himself a long hard look. The noise that comes out of his throat is a mixture of a scream and a laugh, earning a pout from Jungkook.
“Is it bad?”
“It’s not bad .” Jimin offers. He lets out another laugh as he studies his face. “So...you didn’t fill in my eyebrows, you didn’t conceal anything, no mascara or fake eyelashes, and this lipstick is pretty rough. I mean...honestly, though...I’m not mad at it? Like, this is probably exactly how I wore my makeup for the first year or so of me doing it...like I had no concept of how to blend or properly apply anything. At that time I thought I looked so good, so this is a nice little throwback Thursday moment for me.”
Jungkook knows that Jimin is being nice, he knows that he did a terrible job, but the fact that his lover is trying so hard to make him feel better is sweet. Jungkook appreciates the gesture, so he quickly pulls Jimin up out of the chair and into his arms and plants a nice wet kiss to his fiance’s lips.

Cut.

“Okay, guys, so this is the final look. I guess Jungkook won’t be taking any appointments as a makeup artist anytime soon, but hey, that’s okay.” Jimin beams into the camera, face still done terribly. “I’m going to go wash this off now and cry because Jungkook wasted some dope ass foundation-”
“Hey, I never said I was going to do well, alright? I think I did perfectly fine. It’s like Bob Ross says, there are no mistakes, just happy accidents. This is a very very happy accident! Now your subscribers get to have really nice screenshots of you looking like a clown.”
Jimin shoots his lover a look and presses his lips into a line.
“Do you want ever to get laid again?”
“Babe!” Jungkook’s face drops in horror, and his cheeks turn a nice shade of pink. “We’re still filming!”

Cut.

Jimin straightens up in his chair and holds a thumbs up to the camera. His face is bare now with a nice glow to it.
“Alrighty, I washed my face, I put on some moisturizer, and a nice light face mask. I don’t look crazy anymore.”
“I think you looked great.” Jungkook jokes with a grin. “You should do your makeup like that for the wedding.”
“I will end your life. Literally. Right here, right now, Jeon.”
“I thought it was a funny joke.” Jungkook mumbles, glancing down at his hands. He looks like a kicked puppy, and it makes Jimin squeal.
“Aw, baby, I was playing, too. I love you.”
Jungkook perks up at that and leans in for another kiss, which Jimin happily accepts.
“I love you, more,” Jungkook whispers against Jimin’s lips and if they weren’t filming Jimin swears he’d take Jungkook back to their bedroom and show him just how much he loves him.

Cut.

“Okay, we’re back, we’re done being mushy and lame!” Jimin sings. “Thank you guys for watching! I hope you enjoyed watching Jungkook waste makeup and whatnot. If you aren’t already subscribed please do so, and if you feel inclined to like this video and leave a comment, that would be pretty neat.”
Jungkook nods his head and points downwards, mouthing the words ‘do it’ at the camera.
“We love you so much! Thanks for watching, have a good day! Bye!”

Cut.
