Summary
The first one was on purpose, mostly. Midoriya Izuku hadn't expected to have an Underground Pro Hero die in front of them. But it's an opportunity, and the costume fits. Alias dies that night, but the next day they're back, someone new behind the mask, and no one's the wiser.
The second one is entirely an accident, a misunderstanding born from a panicked attempt to stay alive, but no matter how many times Izuku tells their new tag-along that they aren't this 'Sensei' person, Shigaraki keeps coming back.
It's only a matter of time until the truth comes out, and Izuku can only hope they'll survive the fallout.
