Summary

When her friend Ekko took her down into Zaun and managed to get himself pickpocketed by children, Vi finds herself in a bit of trouble with the locals. She seeks refuge inside a brothel and ends up meeting Artemis, one of the brothel workers.
It doesn't take Vi long to figure out that she's actually Caitlyn Kiramman, daughter of a notorious chembaron and heiress to an undercity empire.

So how did Vi managed to get captured by this mere human doctor, chained up and treated like a rabid animal? The infection in her blood must be getting worse, considering she's considering submitting to this woman. This devil in a doctor's garb.
Do no harm? If anything, Doctor Kiramman seemed interested solely in harm.

“No, you wouldn’t,” Kokomi said, settling her head into the pillow of Baal’s thigh with another sigh. “You never expect people to understand. Only to do. I thought it was a charming character flaw until I met Raiden Ei, and then I realised it was just proof she did have a hand in making you.”
(Baal rebels against Ei. Baal loses. Baal is held beneath the palace until Ei can figure out how to disassemble her own tamper-proof eight-foot tall jacked warform. In the meantime, Kokomi visits. They have a lot of sex and a little conversation.)

"Professor?” Edelgard is flushed as you pull away, nearly as red as her armor that lies discarded on the floor, and her eyes gaze up at you, heavy-lidded and hazy. “Are you all right?”
“I don’t think so,” you reply, calmly. “I think I might be having a heart attack.”
In the flurry of panic that follows for the next several minutes, you learn three things: 1. Small as she is, Edelgard is apparently strong enough to throw you over her shoulder and sprint to the medical wing within seconds, 2. Having Physic cast on you when you’re not actually dying makes you feel very queasy, and 3. You weren't having a heart attack, you were just stupidly in love.

Byleth isn’t used to having a heartbeat. Especially one that behaves so erratically whenever Edelgard is nearby.
