He's just another Narukami brute, his soldiers say—but if Gorou's own wagging tail is any indication, there's something different about this oni that he himself can't seem to put into words. And maybe all it'll take is one evening together for him to realize that Arataki Itto isn't so bad of a guy after all.

Gorou realised that he was not living the life that his comrades had died to live, so when Kokomi suggested an outing to Narukami Island, it felt like he couldn't refuse. But whilst he was there solely for the upcoming Winter Festival, the news that a thief may be running rampant made him more alert than usual.
But hey, at least there'd be cake.
