Summary
While digitizing the BBC archives, an intern who asked to remain anonymous discovered a transcript of a lost episode of the Great British Bake Off. The paper could neither be photocopied nor scanned as all the copies came out blank; and the actual footage was never found.

Summary
“He’s dead. It’s not like he can get killed again. We’ll just pull over and scoop him back up,” Sylvain answers with an actual grin on his face. Ingrid refrains from slapping it right off but she does respond with a furrowed glare.
“Okay, fine.” He digs into the backseat for a roll of duct tape and proceeds to wrap numerous rings around the width of the casket. “If he takes a tumble, he can’t fall out.”

i don’t think i have the words to properly describe this but i’ll try: this is a beautiful and poignant portrayal of grief and it is just all around so very good.

Summary
"This is what you know about the witch:
People go to the witch when they need help. Not often, and not that they blab about it, but it’s a known fact that if there’s something you need, something the clerics and the guardsmen and the liegelord can’t fix, you ask the witch. You pay, and people don’t talk about what they pay but the not-talking makes you think it’s nothing as easy or common as gold, and the problem is solved. So they say."
Hundreds of years after the adventures of Vox Machina, a village child makes an unexpected ally of the mysterious woman who lives up the mountain.

i love everything about this fic: the depiction of keyleth, the narrator/apprentice, the setting, the ending. everything about this is amazing. definitely will reread this in the future and be hit with the keyleth feels again.
