Summary
Iruka's used to big cities, the ones with the towering buildings and blaring traffic that makes you want to just throw yourself out into the street, and he just kinda assumed that he'd always live in one.
That's before he ends up in the middle of nowhere in a small town filled with trees that look like they're on fire and seem to hum with something that isn't quite from this world. Combined with the eyes that flash into his view whenever he thinks he's alone, the gashes in the walls that apparently only he can see, and a school full of kids that seem insistent that everything is fine, Iruka might just have to admit that his adopted dad was right; small towns WERE filled with all sorts of adventures; you just need to look out for them.

Summary
Just when Damian thinks things can't possibly get any worse (a dangerous thing to think, the universe somehow always ends up taking it as a challenge), it does. It gets much, much worse. Of course, he's used to 'worse'; he just wasn't expecting to end up in a different dimension (in 1996 no less) is all. He's beginning to miss 'sibling bonding day' more and more by the minute...
Kristoff, on the other hand, is sure things could get worse, and as usual, they do. Throw in a snappy kid superhero from another universe, and things just go downhill from there.
For both of them, there's nothing good about the current situation, but perhaps a lesson can be learned through even the most difficult experiences.

With five habitable cities left it's a known fact that if yours gets destroyed, you'll be left at the mercy of the outside world. Four of the cities took this seriously. The last didn't, and everyone in it was killed. Sure, some got out and managed to survive, but with a lingering alien invasion, four divided city-states that refuse to help anyone except their own citizens, and a missing father, is survival really worth all the trouble?

Summary
With Bruce out on an impromptu League mission, he leaves his most competent child with the job of informing the GCPD of what was going on in Haly's Circus and ensuring that all of the members of the Court of Owls are put away for good. Unfortunately for Tim, convincing Captain Harvey Bullock that all of this is real is more work than he has time for, and the only way of convincing him to take the files requires a ridiculous game of dress up that Babs has been probably planning as revenge since he accidentally ate her waffles.
Meanwhile, Damian learns an important lesson about provoking enhanced assassins.
