You would think it would be difficult to accidentally rob a bank! So did I.
(From a post by Feynites: “I’d like to see John Mulaney play a live action Riddler. But not, like, as any character other than John Mulaney? Just this socially awkward disaster man who somehow becomes a supervillain because of a misunderstanding he couldn’t correct without ‘seeming rude’.”)

Summary
Grif wasn’t big on panicking.
He was sort of panicking right now.
Grey had walked in and told him in that far-too chipper tone of hers that she’d fucking injected him with a truth serum.
“Top five fears, right before bats,” he was saying to himself, but not meaning to say to himself. Fucking hell. “Snakes are fine. Not afraid of snakes.”
Okay, since he couldn’t stop himself from talking, he’d just have to avoid everyone.
For a week.
Grey was smart. When she said a week, she probably meant, like, a day. “She definitely didn't.”
A Fed soldier gave him a weird look.

Summary
So it was fine. Even if Crowley couldn’t love him, he clearly liked him well enough, and that was almost the same thing.
It no doubt would have continued to be fine, or at least fine-adjacent, were it not for a narrowly averted apocalypse and several bottles of a really quite nice Riesling Aziraphale had found in the back room of his newly restored bookshop.

Summary
Warlock Dowling, not-the-anti-christ, was still heavily influenced by an angel and a demon as a child, and it definitely impacted him, as a person. This is a brief excerpt of a visit to his long-term therapist, a very nice and as yet unnamed lady.
