  1. Summary

An exploration of what a post-ROTS world would look like, starting from the AU point at which Rex and Cody appeal to Obi-Wan after Anakin refuses to listen to Fives. Featuring lots of Republic, Jedi Order, and other systemic reform, issues of institutional and individual consent, mental health and injury recovery, and a slow getting-together for Cody & Obi-Wan.

Cameos from various prequel and Clone Wars characters-- each segment will tag only the more major characters in the story, but expect lots of Star Wars universe characters.

Most chapters will be from either Cody or Obi-Wan's point of view, but there will be some from other characters at various points.

Please note rating increases from T to M as the series progresses.

    Transformative works are welcome.

    Summary

In digital logic, a set of operations is said to be functionally complete if and only if every logic gate can be constructed only using the operations in the set. {AND, NOT} is a well-known functionally complete set.

Twenty-two years ago, Obi-Wan left the Jedi Order for Melida/Daan and never returned. This is the story of what's happened since.

Features Detective Obi-Wan who's not a Jedi but has carved out a life for himself despite everything.

(Technically not complete, but since each story is self-contained, I'm marking it as such.)

    Summary

Quinlan gave in first. “Fine. Ask him for help.”

“But remind him he’s not in charge,” Cody added. Obi-Wan knew that getting Cody to like Hondo was probably a lost cause, but he still hoped. Cody might put up with the Pirate Captain, but that was the extent of it.

Obi-Wan reached for his comm, dialing in the familiar code.

It took only a moment and then Hondo was answering, an exaggerated scowl on his face. “My betrayer!”

Obi-Wan rolled his eyes, not bothering to respond to the all too familiar accusation. “How do you feel about stealing something big?”

Hondo looked like he was debating with himself as to whether he wanted to continue being churlish and accusing or whether he wanted to steal things. Thankfully, in this, Hondo was very predictable. “You have drunken too much, my friend, if you have to ask.”

    Summary

The crew of bounty hunters assembled before Vader dispersed, streaming towards the grand palace doors in a panicked flurry.

    “Not you, Kenobi,” Vader snapped.

Kenobi turned on his heel to face him. He held his body in a tensed line, but Vader was not fooled. In the Force, the dull, muted pulse of Kenobi’s signature was absent any terror. It was equal parts fascinating and infuriating.

Darth Vader is the Empire's fist. Kenobi is the bounty hunter he hires out to do his dirty work.

    Summary

“I don’t know who you are,” he tried. His voice ached with desperation. Let them think he was afraid. Let them think he was helpless. The latter might even be true. “I don’t know who I am.” It was not until the words slipped from his mouth that he realized it was true. He was nothing but a man who’d almost drowned in water and death. “I don’t know why you want to kill me.”

His name was Obi-Wan Kenobi. Or at least the soldiers who’d captured him told him so.
