    Summary

    Maeve Macmillan liked to write.

It didn't matter if it was writing her thoughts in her diary, short stories in a journal, articles for newspapers, essays for homework, letters to her parents, simple reminders on her hand, quotes on parchment to stick on the walls of her room or even the small notes that she would write anonymously to the boy with the horrific scars and kindest words, the boy with the brightest smile and saddest eyes or to the boy who was so desperately trying to prove that he was strong.

Sometimes, it was completely okay to not be okay, and it was comforting to know that somebody somewhere not only paid attention to you, but was also rooting for you (in a non-creepy, stalker-ish way, of course).

Maeve was completely fine with being anonymous. In fact, she preferred it.

Which was why she was practically horrified to hear that the Marauders were looking hard and wide for the person who had been leaving them and everybody else these notes for the past seven years that had gotten them through thick and thin.

    Summary

Around the time most young children's do, Harry's hair goes from his father's dark locks to his mother's bright, most-likely-magical red hair. It changes everything about who Harry identifies with, who he wants to grow up to be, and who he thinks he is. Instead of having James Potter as his idol, Lily Potter turns out to be a much better influence.

So instead of seeing a scruffy, most-likely-a-muggleborn boy standing beside him in Madam Malkin's before their first year, Draco only has eyes for the scarlet haired, green-eyed creature who just walked into his life and instead of an enemy, he finds a reason to be better than he'd been raised to be. Not that Harry will ever notice, given he's trying to simply survive at Hogwarts.

And Severus might not make it to see these boys graduate when his heart kept giving out seeing his very-Slytherin godson repeat his own history and go chasing after a green-eyed, red-haired Gryffindor.

Turns out the Malfoys aren't that bad and Dumbledore definitely is. Remus is at his wit's end and Sirius gets a chance to actually live up to his title as Harry's dogfather. Tom Riddle is not prepared for any of this.

    Summary

Hermione was likely right - she had a rather annoying habit of being so. A simple Aging Potion would probably not be able to get them past whatever protections Dumbledore planned to set up around whoever the impartial judge was who would be selecting the Champions.

The problem with the Aging Potion, Fred reasoned, was that the effects were temporary. And, since it was simple enough to come by or brew, Dumbledore would make sure to protect against it. But if he and George could either find a way to adjust the original potion to make the effects permanent or create something of their own...Well, that idea was crazy enough that it just might work.
