Summary
The worst dreams are the good ones. The ones he doesn’t want to wake up from, where he lays in bed for long minutes begging his body to let him go back to sleep so he can feel that happiness again, just for a second.
Usually those dreams are about Tony. Naked and laughing in Peter’s bed, which in his subconscious is always their bed--their bed in their apartment in their life. Peter wishes he hadn’t loved Tony so much because then maybe his sleeping mind wouldn’t be able to render him so well, but everything is in perfect, agonizing detail.

Summary
Most people assume Darcy's pretty flighty. She suspects it's probably something to do with her porn star rack and the nine non-required electives she took in college. But she hasn't wavered once in her career path since she demanded her fifth birthday be super PAC-themed, excepting a brief period in seventh grade when a bad algorithm on a career test told her she should be in law enforcement.
The school counselor made everyone re-take the test a week later and Darcy was restored to her rightful place as a future secretary, but after that, the niggling suspicion that it would feel good to carry a gun always stuck around in the back of her mind.

Tony is here. Tony is alive. Tony has been in a magical coma for five years and Dr. Strange never thought to tell anyone. Tony’s going to wake up. Tony’s going to look at Peter and probably smile and maybe even say, “Hey, Pete. Are those my glasses?”

It’s probably better, Peter thinks, that he doesn’t know who his soulmate is. He wouldn’t want to lie to them about Spider-Man, but he doesn’t think he’d be able to tell them the truth, either. Not when he knows it would make them a target for every villain who wants a piece of him.
When he has enough free time to feel sorry for himself, he thinks about how lonely he is and how much he wants someone to talk to--just talk to. But he doesn’t really have that much free time. And anyways, there are thousands of lonely people in New York. Peter’s nothing special.
