admittedly, yoongi would be the first to say that it’s not the weirdest thing his sleep-addled brain can come up with: a young man rolling into the corner of his desk with a muted thud, looking up at him with a wide smile—he’s striking, with rosy cheeks and huge dark eyes sparkling with something yoongi can’t quite catch. he's also completely naked. “hey, hyung,” the guy says, still grinning, and promptly vanishes.
yoongi just blinks, headphones still in his hands, and stares down at the carpet for a while. the clock reads 3:47. he needs sleep.
but then it happens again, and again, and again—and years later, he has to appreciate the delicate ways in which the universe has aligned to bring them together.

Summary
There’s a funny idea brewing in Yoongi's head, as his brain sloshes around in all the soju and vodka and wine he’s drank tonight. A funny idea that begins to feel more and more like a good one, as he zooms in on a picture of Jimin in a pair of shorts that really he shouldn’t have worn for an Instagram photo. Yoongi licks his lips, feeling...reckless.

Summary
Every click of a chopstick, every raised voice, any time anyone so much as looks at him he flinches, then hardens up immediately afterwards. Hoseok is too busy talking about the menu—asking what food Yoongi craved most while he was on the inside—and ordering orange juice to notice the tenseness of Yoongi's posture. The only time he pauses to consider Yoongi again is when the older orders a mimosa to start off breakfast.
