The plan was pretty simple actually, get purposely caught and dragged in by Horde soldiers, Catra would come find her wherever she ended up. What she hadn't been expecting was to see Catra sitting on the throne.
The soldiers deposit Adora on her knees in front of Catra who looks, well, frankly, she looks bored. She has her hand against the side of her head, her elbow bent against the armrest as she examined Adora lazily. "Well, well, well," Catra says as she sticks her foot under Adora's chin, lifting it up. Adora's steely blue eyes narrow at the woman who smirks in response, her fangs peeking just over her bottom lip. Adora hates how good she looks right now. "What do we have here? Adora? Bound and gagged? It's not even my birthday."

Catra can't explain it but, of all the intimate moments they've shared, simple kissing and their bodies being pressed together, naked, their heat becoming one, Adora fitting so perfectly on top of her where she lay... sometimes she thinks the most intimacy comes from just how well they fit.
Or, Adora leaves on an off world mission and goes missing for seven years leaving behind her wife Catra. When they reunite, seven years later, both are extremely relieved and have an understandably passionate welcome home.

Adora’s eyes open slowly and she sniffs the air, she could smell her scent getting closer and closer. That’s when she hears her footsteps. “Jesus Adora… you stink.” Adora laughs.
“Catra.” She whimpers again. Catra was keeping her distance but now that Adora could smell her, especially her strong alpha pheromones, she wanted nothing more than to bury herself in her scent and make them one.
“What are you doing here?” Catra asks sharply and Adora looks at her as she pushes herself up higher on her knees. Catra takes a sharp breath in. She growls lowly and Adora feels her stomach tighten at the sound.
“I need you.”
Or, Adora goes into heat and she seeks out her alpha... even if they are supposed to be enemies on opposite sides of a war.
