    Summary

The Battle of New York: Tony flies himself and the nuke through the wormhole and when his suit shuts down and he starts to fall, he knows he's going to die.
But then he wakes up in an alley in Brooklyn, two strangers staring down at him in confusion and Tony is sure he is dreaming when he shakes hands first with pre-serum Steve Rogers, and then Bucky Barnes.
Trapped in 1942, Tony befriends Steve, and falls in love with Bucky but America is at war, and Bucky and Steve ship out to join the cause.
Tony knows all the stories about the Howling Commandos and knows what’s coming for the soldiers, and has to live through history as first Bucky falls, and then Steve disappears.
Tony is left alone in the 40's, crying himself to sleep in the house he had shared with his best friend and his lover.
But then he wakes up on the pavement in New York, the Hulk roaring in his face, Steve staring down at him, and he has to wonder if it was all a hallucination.
When Tony fell through the sky, did he fall through time as well? Why does Steve act so cold towards him? Were he and Bucky really that happy together?

Did it all really happen, or is Tony in love with a life he can only have in his dreams?

When Tony Stark was seventeen years old, he built his first AI. On that day, he ceased to be his father's creation, and became a creating force in his own right.

That one act likely saved his life, and not always in the most obvious ways.

    Summary

“Don’t you dare bring him into this.” Captain America had risen once more, towering over Tony, causing him to straighten up as well.

Part of it was because of the panic that had rapidly began to compile somewhere in the distance, rushing in like a tsunami, ready to wreak havoc. But he built his wall of adamance higher, using his might to hold it together, to hold it…

“I can speak for myself, Steve.” But Bucky’s calm and quiet statement went unnoticed by the blond and the brunette as they faced each other in the middle of the room, the tension between them stretching out to a single thread.

“Or what, Captain Righteous? You’ll slam your frisbee into my chest again? You’ll tell your friend to claw my actual heart out this time instead of just the arc reactor? I mean, with the new reinforcements and upgrades that I designed on your toys, it should finally be enough to actually do that anyway so why don’t you just go ahead? ”

He did not know how the anguish had bubbled up and spewed out of his mouth. He did not know when the wall fell and the tsunami blasted through, rooting up his defenses and cascading him closer and closer to the edge of a severe panic attack.

    Summary

Dean Winchester’s been camp manager of a science research station on the Alaskan tundra for thirteen years. Dean likes his job; fixing the camp trucks, troubleshooting the generators, keeping clueless undergrads and NSF bigwigs from walking into grizzly bears or getting lost in snowstorms — it’s all in a day’s work. It keeps him pretty busy, and this year his brother Sam's visiting too, so he's even busier. So it’s really not any of Dean’s business when some weirdo antisocial ornithologist sets up a tent a few miles away, a dark-haired blue-eyed guy who’s doing a “very long-term" study on birds or wings or something, and who never, ever takes off his big lumpy backpack. But then the new guy starts dropping by camp for coffee and... well, he’s not officially part of camp; he's not Dean’s responsibility; he’s really not Dean’s problem at all, but when a strange blizzard comes sweeping in, Dean gets worried and goes to check. Thing is, Dean's spent years in the sweeping vistas of the Arctic. He knows all about the midnight sun and the northern lights, the ice caves and avalanches, the rough-and-ready Haul Road truckers and the even rougher-and-readier wild animals. But even so, what he finds is much more than he bargained for.
