Summary
The new millennium is off to a shaky start for Hermione Granger. While the entire country rings in the year 2000, Hermione makes a drastic decision in order to confront her past.

Summary
Ten years after the war, Hermione Granger has mostly dealt with her traumatic past. Despite a recent divorce (and the cursed scar that still troubles her), she's feeling good about her life. Head of the recently-renamed Department for Magical Creatures, and surrounded by a group of friends she's sure will be with her for the remainder of her life. Everything seems to be working out (mostly) as she expected.
