That raised Minho's eyebrows, and he cocked his head in question.
Rubbing his neck awkwardly, Jisung looked down at his lap as he admitted, “She thinks we’re dating.”
Or: When alpha Jisung takes omega Minho home for the holidays to appease his mother, Minho certainly doesn't expect to end the trip with an increased knowledge of Jisung's body, and a decreased understanding of where their relationship stands.

He knew his parents were still watching, he could feel their eyes on his back, and all he could think about was if they knew. Did they catch onto their lie? Could they tell that him and Chan weren’t a couple? Of course they knew, how couldn’t they—
“Hey,” Chan whispered, tugging him to a stop. He stood on the step below Felix’s, way too close for him to stay sane, and lightly pressed his chest to the dip of Felix’s back. It felt like a perfect fit. “I’m going to spin you around and pick you up, okay?”
Felix’s brows furrowed. “I don’t think—”
But before he could protest, Chan already had a firm grip on his hips and was turning him around. Felix’s cheeks were ablaze while Chan grinned up at him, and for a second he completely forgot about the stress of the party and keeping his parents oblivious and his stupid cousins ruining the secret. It was just Chan.
And just Chan was pretty nice.
Until he was slipping one arm under Felix’s knees and lifting him off the ground way too easily. Felix protested with various complaints but Chan simply continued up the stairs with a fond chuckle.
