Happy Highways Where I Went by perclexed

Summary
A series of stories set in a crossover MCU/Lewis universe. Things a prospective reader should know:
1. Darcy Lewis and Robbie Lewis are cousins in this here pocket universe. Distant cousins, but family nonetheless.
2. Darcy Lewis is a BAMF.
3. Robbie Lewis is the best of men.
4. The author adores James Hathaway nearly as much as James Hathaway loves Robbie Lewis. So, like, A LOT.
5. Series will have a variety of ratings, pairings, relationships and hopefully a healthy dose of humor to go with the angst they're all usually swimming in. Perhaps those cardboard coffee rings can double as life preservers?Set after Thor: The Dark World and the events of the Convergence. Will incorporate canon elements from both MCU and Lewis as the author can shoehorn them in.

Summary
"Dis often chided her older brother for being a misanthropist. She did it so often it had become a term of endearment. It was true that Thorin struggled with people; he struggled to form and maintain relationships. Dr. Grey had diagnosed him with this and Thorin hadn’t the heart to tell him this wasn’t a symptom of his PTSD, it was a symptom of his personality. He exercised a sense of apathy with almost everyone he met… But Bilbo was different. Thorin actually found himself wanting to know more about him."

Bookmarker's Notes
Fucking epic and a pretty accurate depiction of all the horrors of PTSD. I cried my eyes out at some parts, and squeed with happiness at others. A fairly exhausting but very rewarding read. Do recommend.
