“I prefer the blueberry ones, myself,” a gentle hum meandered from behind him.
Steve’s heart gave a screeching putter, his head whipping up before he could so much as put his thoughts into actions. Mr. Stark’s curled, wild hair was shimmering with raindrops that never got to reach the grounds of the New York streets. The collar of his black and grey paneled duffle coat was pulled up along with his shoulders as he tensed in on himself, and Steve almost couldn’t make out those deep brown eyes over all of that. Despite the tremors zipping through his crossed arms, Mr. Stark’s delicate features wrinkled in a syrupy smile. His irises twinkled with the yellows, reds, and greens of the streetlights, headlights, and traffic lights that reflected within puddles pooling in the cracks and twists of the asphalt around them.
Another moment, Steve thought to himself, sucking in a half-breath.

As he said his name, Steve saw the reel begin. What could be an entire lifetime flashed before his eyes. He wanted to laugh; ever the hopeful romantic, his mom and Bucky had always said, but there was a realness to this strong pull tugging him towards the man a few meager feet in front of him. Could see the flashes of a life he didn’t have but longed for more than anything.

With his semblance of control slipping away rapidly, Loki bites out, “I was waiting for you, Captain.”
Thor invites Loki to join him as he journeys to Midgard to check the damage caused by Malekith and to see the friends he had made on his last excursion to the realm. Thor introduces Loki to the Avengers, and he is quickly smitten.
It's becoming obvious that he has a thing for big, muscular blondes. If Thor finds he has a thing for long, dark haired men, then there's more fun to go around.
