“End with him for once and for good.” Declan turned on the engine of his Volvo. “If there is anything I can help you with, say it. I’m your brother. Not your enemy.”
Debatable, Ronan thought to himself and because he desperately didn’t feel like losing this conversation, he waited until Declan parked outside their apartment block and then, with a fake confidence announced, “I’m seeing someone.”
Declan glanced at Ronan. “Oh, that’s… Do you want to tell me more about him?”
“It’s still new.”
“I assume. But do you want to tell me anything about him? What’s his name, what he does for a living? How did you two meet?”
Ronan Lynch was not a liar. Unless a lie came in handy.
“Adam,” he said aloud, ignoring the reason why it came out so easily of his mouth.// Friends and family want Ronan Lynch to move on. Adam Parrish just wants to help and give away a few inches of their bare skin.
