Summary
Patrick spends a week in January at his parents' fishing cabin, sorting through memories and trying to figure out if enough of his past remains to rebuild relationships with his family and Rachel, while not losing who he's become with David. David, of course, helps.
A story about making peace with all the versions of yourself, inspired by Bon Iver's album For Emma, Forever Ago.

Summary
The first time Evan Buckley died, he was ten.
"Apparently that won me a ticket to ghost town, because I've been seeing them ever since."
Buck can see the recently dead. It's not as glamorous as people might think.

Bookmarker's Notes
THIS was really interesting! I liked the lore behind Buck being able to see ghosts, thought that was well integrated. Also the little bits of him communicating with the ghosts were pretty cool, and def make me interested to know how Buck would deal with his own death.

Summary
Before Buck was Buck, he was Stefan Everhart, member of a boyband called Caffeine High. His career as a celebrity lasted for only five years, and Buck has done his best to put it behind him, but those experiences still bleed into his daily life. It just so happens that there are some Caffeine High fans among the 118.

The flashbacks were really interesting and provided a "different side" to Buck that I thought was cool. Also I'm a sucker for the firefam standing up for Buck so that was nice.

Summary
Buck’s voice was soft and hesitant, but full of patience when he finally spoke again. “Did I do something to upset you, Chris? I can leave—”
“No!” Chris whirled on him, a complete shift from the standoffish vibe he had been giving a second ago. The tears he bravely held back finally broke free from his eyes, sliding down his rosy cheeks from behind his glasses. He shook his head vehemently, the yellow crayon falling to the table. “No, I’m not mad. Please…” His words turned to whimpers, his lip trembling. “Please don’t leave me too.”

Bookmarker's Notes
I liked this! I think Eddie and Chris were done well, and their characters line up with what I've seen in other fics (since I've never actually seen this show). I liked the bit of lore surrounding Buck's ghost powers as well.
