Tim isn't sad he's the only Robin who hasn't had a funeral okay he's just.... Did his temporary status as presumed dead mean nothing? Everyone else has had one and Dick wasn't even dead for his! Tim just needs some reassure he's part of the family and would be missed.
Aka the Batkids aren't exactly the best example of great mental health and throw Timmy a funeral like it's a birthday party ft Drama Kids Jason and Dick. Tim takes advantage of the Will reading to give away some thoughtful gifts to some of his favourite people.
