Summary
Lan Zhan’s voice is blurring into sleep again, his grip getting more lax. He lifts one of his hands, and brings it to Wei Ying’s mouth, tapping at his lips. Wei Ying opens it immediately, automatically, and lets Lan Zhan slip two fingers into his mouth: not as much of a stretch as Wei Ying is used to, but still a comforting fullness.
“Sleep now,” Lan Zhan says, settling them so that Wei Ying can rest his head on Lan Zhan’s chest, tilted so that he won’t choke on Lan Zhan’s fingers when he falls asleep. “Good boy. No more nightmares.”
