    Summary

“Raven is worried about you.” Bellamy says from the kitchen, where he is making dinner. “Said you’re shutting her out.”

“I’m not!” She’s sitting on the couch, legs tucked under herself, some Netflix show on that she’s only marginally aware of. “I tried telling her that today, but you know how Raven is when she thinks she’s on to something.”

Clarke hears his huffed laugh, soft, and the ends of her lips curl up as well.

“Yeah, I know,” he agrees, easy, “but you should try to give her something.”

“Why isn’t she worried about you?”

“Because I already got drunk on her couch, sobbed all over her and puked on her shower, so I’m recovering or something.”

(OR: The Modern!AU in which we deal with Clarke's depression and its effects. Kind of.)

    Summary

    “We hate each other.”

He raised an eyebrow. “Do we?”

She sighed, “You know what I mean.”

Bellamy shook his head, his eyes on her mouth. “I don’t know left from right when it comes to you these days, Griffin.”

Dr. Clarke Griffin is the lead biological anthropologist at L'Arche, one of the biggest upper Paleolithic archaeological sites in Europe. Every summer, she runs the excavations at L'Arche with her infuriating co-leader, lead archaeologist Dr. Bellamy Blake. They've been at each other's throats for years, and the 2015 field season looks like it's going to be one of their most combative yet, thanks to some things that changed the year before. Clarke is ready work hard for the success of the dig and ready to fight him at every turn if she must. But Bellamy is tired of fighting.

    Summary

“What the hell is your problem, Clarke?” And this time, the tone was so disgusted, so bitter, than something snapped, deep in Clarke’s chest.

    Fuck it.

“What’s my problem?” She asked, incredulous. “What’s my problem? You’ve got to be kidding me, Raven. I died. I died, paralysed and alone, and then I died again, and both times, the only person who cared was Bellamy. Kane died, my mother died, my daughter almost did- and you have the audacity to ask me what my problem is?!”

After they save everyone - again - they actually have a moment to rest.

    And Clarke has had ENOUGH.
