Phil and Clint are brought together through their fondness for dogs and walks in Prospect Park, New York. Phil is an ex-Army Ranger and The Dog Soldier who doesn’t think he’s good enough for Clint, the love of his life; Clint is a photographer and thedogblogger, who doesn’t believe Phil could ever feel the same way about him as he feels about the older man. Over time they realise just how much they mean to each other. Agent, the wire-haired pointing Griffon and Phil’s service dog, takes it all in her stride as usual.
