They're constantly weaving around each other, and Illya is worried that it's all in his head. Napoleon is worried he won't even get that chance.

Summary
Napoleon is perplexed by the fact Illya doesn't like to drink and is determined to find a type of alcohol the Russian would be content to indulge in post-mission, with his new team. Of course, this does present a small challenge; Illya's tastes are specific, he's prone to resisting indulgence and calling it a capitalist affair, and it might just mean they're on more missions hungover than not. But it does lead to some enlightening, deep, and funny conversations as the three learn about each other as people, as well as agents.
Also, Napoleon is trying not to fall in love. And Illya might already be there.

Sometimes, though. Sometimes the stars aligned and they made it back to Tim’s house together, to order takeaway and watch films and bicker. Jon had spent the first few weeks alternating between the bed and the sofa, still anxious about the idea of intruding, of breaking into the cosy circle that Tim and Martin made together. It was fragile, he seemed to think, like an egg-shell. Like a soap bubble.

“Fine,” Jon says, and he tries to ignore the sulky tone of his voice, “fine. What do you suggest?”
Martin pauses, like he’d not expected Jon to give in so easily. Jon’s never been particularly agreeable, but he still feels vaguely offended by the blatant surprise. “W-we,” Martin stammers, clears his throat, continues on much more confidently, “we go in together.”
Or: it takes close quarters and a full 24 hours to finally get them on the same page.
