Summary
Daniil hasn't missed the way Artemy curls into himself around other people, hunching his shoulders and tucking his chin to his chest to take up less space. He seems overly conscious of his own size, and Daniil has too much respect for the man to reduce him merely to his physicality, especially when he doesn't seem particularly comfortable with it himself.
But he's just so tall.

Behind his voice, Artemy can hear the chatter of a newly healthy, newly cured town. Dankovsky lowers himself from where he’s standing on the edge of the train. One of his legs brushes Artemy’s side as he sits back, and then — pulls away.
“You must be relieved,” Artemy says. “Finally going back to your Capital.”
Dankovsky scoffs. “I suppose so. Are you?”
“That’s a stupid question,” Artemy says.
