yoongi’s done this thousands of times: slip in undetected, wait at the designated spot for a courier to meet him and take the goods off his hands. it’s simple enough, the final step of every job yoongi doesn’t consciously think about anymore.
he’s got the right time, the right spot, waiting for the courier.
the courier is what bothers yoongi the most about this.
the digital handshake yoongi received in confirmation felt weird; an odd signal, somehow, unknown to yoongi then. someone he hasn’t met before, but that’s not the odd part, they’re all freelancers, more or less, picking up jobs as they come. but it felt weird somewhere at the back of yoongi’s head, physically, spread from the receiver and all over his body, an unsettling kind of tingling on his skin.
