    Bookmarker's Notes

A totally fascinating, insightful, imaginative, series by a most worthy writer of sagas, who writes characters with such empathy, showing their growth and change in an organic manner as life happens to them. Loki's the god of creativity, which since Asgard looked askance at the arts for a man, including magical , in his childhood and youth he channeled into mischief. If he'd been able to direct his creative mind into the arts as he does now as an adult on earth, he might have not been awarded that title. Although, he does engage in mischief, kindly for the most part.

    Bookmarker's Notes

Loki's children are given back to him. Odin was a paranoid, xenophobic, homophobic egomaniac who thought he was acting for the greater good, for his family, Loki and for Asgard.

    He was wrong.

Heartbreaking in the telling, but satisfying in the resolution.

    Bookmarker's Notes

Wonderfully creative with world building, the banter is fun, and while this is not written as a romance, I can quite happily imagine that it is, Newt and Herman become so close and are physically comfortable with each other. The hive mind is intriguing, and Newt's decision to initially drift with the brain of a dead Kajui has such far reaching consequences, as does Herman's to not let him do it again by himself. I also enjoyed the relationships between the other characters.

    Summary

Hermann and Newt live in a world ruled by words. True love is found through a shared "Core Lingua" or Core language that only two people can share and fully understand. But things prove difficult if one of them has made a Vow to give up speaking until the war is finally over.

    Bookmarker's Notes

This story deserves all the kudos. I'm stunned that it's evidently been overlooked. It's creative with wonderful characterizations and has a timeless, lyrical quality as it weaves in fairytales into Newt's and Herman's own story.

Okay, I take back the overlooked comment. For some reason, I thought this story had been up for a while, not like, three days.

    Summary

Okay, yes he is the smallest, yes he does wear the least clothing, yes they did just get caught in a downpour that would make a drooling troll proud, yes Bilbo is completely soaked to the bone, yes they did find shelter in a drafty cavern, and yes he is shivering because of the cold.

But that does not mean he needs all thirteen of the dwarves shoving him on the ground and practically cocooning him with their own bodies!
