Jason didn’t mind his reputation as the big bad wolf of the woods (even if he knew worse monsters were out there), he did, however, mind the human lying in his bed, apparently running from someone trying to cut out his heart.

Summary
Dick dresses up as Red Hood to ruin Jason's rep as 'revenge' for Jason insulting him. (Jason did the same thing in New York). Except whenever he tries to do something nice as Red Hood, no civilians around him treat it as weird. (Because Jason does those things anyway!) It’s not until the civilians are calling him ‘Little Red’ that Dick realises his plan hasn’t worked at all. Clearly, Dick needs to re-evaluate.
