Miya has always pretended to be someone else for his parents. But they always pretended to him, too. They were just shit at doing it. Sneaking out was usual for him, and this night was no different. So why did everyone make it such a big deal? It wasn’t as though his parents were hurting him. On purpose anyway. Cherry and Joe wouldn’t let Miya have peace ever since they caught him in the alleyway that night.
But… If he was being honest, he was a tad bit thankful. Miya didn’t like being alone.
That didn’t mean he was going to admit it.
