A few drabbles for phantastichomos's (Tumblr) E/R Fictober event. These will mostly be terribly fluffy, because that's what I'm in the mood to write.
Some shameless fluff for the holidays. A sequel to Tradition which is a sequel to A Midnight Clear, but can be read on its own. Just assume an established relationship. Set in the present day, post-IWTB.

Written for phantastichomos' first anniversary celebration. Theme is "firsts". Sheer fluff, which means it's a bit OOC, but I wanted to give the guys some happiness.
Originally posted to the Cable and Deadpool kinkmeme on LJ in 2009. A different spin on a canon arc.
Everyone knows that Cable is GI Jesus, weight of the world on his brawny shoulders, etc, etc.
I'd like to see some self-sacrificing Wade. I mean, this is a guy who blew off his own head, twice in C&DP, to prevent others from using him as a weapon. Make it hurt Anon, make it hurt.
Bonus if no one realizes what Wade did and still blames him because Deadpool is the whipping boy of the Marvel-verse.
I Want to Believe missing scene fic. Mulder has just been purposely run off the road and flipped down an embankment by a snowplow. This scene takes place before he emerges from the wreck. Originally posted to mk_drabbles on LiveJournal on 6 Aug 2008.
“It’s 2016,” said Mulder. “Welcome to the future, Krycek. America has a black president, gay people can officially get married, and the Apocalypse is upon us.” He paused. “No connection, though, whatever some people might say.”
Following the events in Season 10, Mulder is sick and Scully wants to find William to save him. But when a bewildered Alex Krycek, apparently resurrected nearly fifteen years after his death, seeks them out and claims to have knowledge of their son's whereabouts, they have to decide whether to trust him, while dealing with his murderous past and his complex relationship with Mulder.

Sequel to LOST. New protector Hurley heals and rebuilds the Island, while Claire, Kate, and Sawyer head back to our world. But when it comes to love, the Island gets you where you need to be. (Strong fantasy elements, think "American Gods" on the Island.)
