Summary
Toni's a 24-year-old professional basketball player who's recently transferred from the Minnesota Lynx to the LA Sparks in order to join her girlfriend Regan, who's lived apart from her for the past year and is working as an attorney in Los Angeles. When Regan proposes on the night Toni moves in with her after eight long years of dating, Toni doesn't hesitate to say yes.
And then she meets their wedding singer.

Summary
It is Adney’s last day in Tokyo as an international student. As she waits for her train in the pouring rain, she speaks to Mx Lister, a person she’s shared numerous train rides with over the past twelve months, but has never uttered a word to. Upon discovering that this is her last day, Mx Lister invites her to go on a midnight journey around the foreign city.
Kinda wanted to write something like the movie Lost in Translation. (though, I don’t remember much about the story.)

They share the same wall, and they sometimes keep her up at night as a result of it, because Toni and Regan have been dating for six years— which means Shelby can hear when they laugh, and fuck, and sometimes even fight.
And they tend to fight— a lot.
