Sherlock picked up some cases with the local police and John established a private practice clinic that was doing quite well. They got married on the beach with Rosie as flower girl and all was idyllic. Rosie was getting older though, and if they were going to have more kids, now would be their chance. Foster care came up and all parties were happy. After a string of short-term stays, a quiet little boy turns the family’s life upside down. -
