Author's Note: This fic is set within my When Brightness Dims verse (which is linked as a series here). Technically that story is over. It can stand alone as it is. However, I've had a handful of prompts and requests to continue. So, I'm going to add oneshots here and there. They may end up going out of order, so the oneshots will begin with a date to give you an idea of the time frame. The oneshots will mostly consist of letters between Robin and Regina, or reactions to their letters.
This is the first of that--Robin recieves a letter from Regina in London.
