Buck doesn’t have time to react to the sound of shots being fired, because the next thing he knows, his feet are out from under him and he’s on his back on the floor with something heavy on top of him. The air is punched from his chest and when he regains his breath and looks up, Eddie’s face is inches from his.
“Eddie, what the hell?” he asks, but there’s no response.
