Summary
Jungkook lived his entire live believing he was going to be an alpha, and outstripping every other blooming alpha in his town no matter the arena. Sports, fishing, fighting: he was good at it all. He was on his way to becoming one of the most desirable bachelors in town once one considered his killer good looks, ability to excel at everything, and his family's position in local society.
All that changed when he presented as omega instead. What followed was a mad dash to reshape him into the perfect mate for a high-society alpha. Most of this focused on the most undesirable part of his body: his hands.
A chance encounter on his college campus has him second-guessing the necessity of all these changes.

The day had started out so normally. Dance practice was more taxing than usual, but nothing out of the pale and Jungkook had been exhausted, but satisfied when he collapsed down on the couch after they got home. Maybe he was inordinately sweaty, but they had worked out hard.
Sure, it was kind of gross to still be this damp after the car ride home, and he should probably go shower that off, but he was tired. A few minutes sitting wouldn’t hurt.
Except they did. Because Jungkook didn’t dry off as expected. Instead, he grew wetter in a very specific area.
All the air punched out of his lungs and he froze as he realized what was happening. Slick. He was producing slick. Getting wet. Presenting.

Jungkook goes into heat for the first time, the alphas try to help, and Jin is a stellar hyung.

Namjoon never really thought of himself as someone who disliked skinship. It truly didn’t cross his mind. He had friends whom he loved and he had ways of showing them affection that they recognized and appreciated. And it wasn’t like he never hugged them or anything, so the idea that he wasn’t physically affectionate wasn’t something that he’d ever considered.
He didn’t know when that changed.
