    A yellow mouse of some sort wakes up one day finding himself in an alleyway with pretty much no Memories aside from blurry images, one of those being of a hat wearing boy he shares a special bond with. This mouse is Pikachu, who has somehow landed in a world where most people have something called a quirk. Soon after awaking, he finds himself witnessing how a teenage boy with bushy green hair tries to save his friend from a sludge monster. He somehow feels some kind of connection with this boy, so he decides to just tag along to whatever he is up to.
