It was why some people could remember clearly the exact moment they found out the world had ended. Some found out in the safety of their homes while watching news stories of people being torn apart and eaten alive. Some found out in the rioting streets as chaos ran amuck. Some found out, first hand, as they watched this virus, or act of God, take a loved one away from them.Bad news tended to create lasting memories, yet Tori Smith couldn't remember a single, damn thing.
In the end, it didn't matter where you were when the world ended. Hell, it didnt even matter who you were. The dead ruled the world now and they craved living flesh regardless of who it belonged to.
The real question now, the only question that even mattered anymore, was this:Who were you going to become?
