“How do you know?”
Phil falters at that. “Well…” How do you explain the bond between family members to a child? That even though not all of them are connected by blood, the ties they form will hold through thick and thin. That you can count on your family members for anything, and no matter what, they’ll pull through, no questions asked. “Do you remember that story I told you? About the family of pigs?”
Tommy nods.
“And how even though one of the pigs got turned into a zombie and had to go live with the zombie pigs, they still loved him anyway?”
Tommy nods again.
“It’s like that.” Phil finishes.
Tommy smiles. “Because Techno is a pig.”
Phil laughs. “No, because they love you, and they would do anything for you.” Phil lays a hand over his son's heart. “You know that in here.”Series

Summary
He misses Wilbur so much it aches sometimes. Usually late at night, when he can’t sleep and the memories of seeing his father and uncle tearing away from the podium as Schlatt ordered anyone armed in the vicinity after them, or the explosions under the van and the dead eyes of Dream’s mask keep him awake. He’ll lay in bed and try to remind himself of the good things - the smell of flower fields, the gentle strum of a guitar coming from the kitchen, the smell of meat cooking over the fire.
It worked sometimes. Other times, Fundy would lay awake for hours, just listening to the sounds of Manberg around him. Everything was louder without the walls muffling the noise from the forest, and the flap of the flag in the breeze was gone.
It didn’t feel like the same place anymore.Series

Summary
Techno’s smile widens and he reaches up, taking the crown off his head and plopping it on Tommy’s. It’s too big and falls over his eyes a little, but Tommy holds it on his head and smiles, breathless, because for a second it’s easy to believe that he’s the one who won the championship and that Phil, Wilbur and Technoblade are all here for him.
It’s nice to imagine that his father and his brothers are proud of him.Series

Summary
“You’ll help us won’t you?” Wilbur asks.
Techno runs a hand through his hair and thinks about what they’re trying to do. Schlatt isn’t a bad leader, but Techno has a feeling he will be. Wilbur isn’t a bad leader either, but seeing what the loss of power has done to him already… it’s not hard to imagine a fall from grace for his brother.
On his other side, Tommy shifts. He’s so young, and already knows his way around a sword and a bow better than some adults. He doesn’t deserve this. He should be romping around the fields behind Philza’s house with his friends, not fighting for a country. He’s seen death and destruction up close.
All this for a piece of land.
Technoblade has never been fond of the idea of government - an overpowerful group of people making the laws of the land is never a good idea, he’s read enough books to know. And now seeing what it’s done to his family…
But what can he do but help them?
“I’ll help.” Techno says, even though he knows that in the end, given a choice, he would destroy L’Manberg.
He just hopes it doesn’t come to that.Series

Summary
He is alive though, he’s sure of it. He breathes deep as he walks, soaking in the scent of birch and oak. The air is heavy in his lungs, but the weight isn’t startling; instead it comforts. There is a feeling of certainty and rightness about it. Breathing is easy, and he’s missed it, in the short time he’d departed.
He catches onto the edge of the thought as it runs through his mind. He’s sure of it then - there has been a before and this is the after. Departed… what a strange word for died. It’s easier than trying to understand how he’s alive again though.Series

Kissing is really fucking awesome.
Okay maybe sometimes not so much, like the sloppy first kiss Denki had received his second year of middle school during a late-night game of spin the bottle. The girl had launched herself at him mouth first, sticky lip gloss smearing on his chin when she missed his lips the first time. Their classmates had hooted and hollered while they mashed their lips together in an attempt to copy what they’d seen in dramas and movies.
At the time Denki had been stoked to finally have kissed a girl, even if it was too much on the moist side to really be pleasant. He’d kissed a few girls (and boys – what can he say? He’s an equal opportunity kisser) since then but they’d all been kind of… underwhelming.
Kissing Shinsou was anything but underwhelming.

The Book of Fics In Which I Fit Haikyuu!! Characters In Garish Body Suits and Send Them At Top Speed
I plan to make each fic a standalone, though I can't promise there won't be references from one fic to the next. I think the summary was clear enough as to what to expect from this series. Sad bois, angry bois, gals done with bullshit, goofy people all around!

"Volleyball," Kenma says shortly, ignoring their annoyed little sighs, and returns his expression to the screen. He's died. Figures.
After that he starts paying attention. More attention to the social aspects, at least. Kenma always pays a fair percentage of his attention to Kuroo. He sort of demands it. And. Kuroo does get a lot of female attention.
