Summary
Alfred always had magic inside him, it was apparent for a long time. He had a close connection with animals, he felt things differently than most. He was different. But when when England began to leave more and more, his magic faded away.
That's what he thought at least, when strange memories from his childhood begin to resurface that aren't like he remembered and strange things keep happening to him, it causes him to believe otherwise. Hopefully it's nothing, but when do nations get it easy.

Summary
All of the stories in my Batman/Avengers crossover verse. I really liked seeing the interactions between Bruce and the Avengers, so I began writing a few myself. Stony, with background friendships. I take requests!

Where the Grass Grows Green by Ragnelle

Summary
“If [Sauron] regains [the Ring], your valour is vain, and his victory will be swift and complete: so complete that none can foresee the end of it while this world lasts.”
Gandalf at The Last Debate.
…
Gandalf was considered among the Wise, and his advice and predictions were seldom wrong. But though indeed it seemed, for a while, that Sauron’s reign would endure until the last age had passed, it was not so.
...The grass still grew long on the wide plains, and thick in the hidden valleys of the mountain range, stubborn as weeds. Last to give way, and first to re-grow, though trampled by iron-shoes.
