Summary
Jason’s rage this time around is a little less focused on Tim for being Robin, and a little more focused on Bruce for letting Tim be Robin. He vows to make Bruce regret ever allowing anyone to put on that mantle in the first place. So if he nabs a few batbrats and makes Bruce think he's torturing them to death? Well, that’s just killing two birds with one stone: Bruce doesn’t get to have a Robin, and he gets to be tormented by the knowledge of his absolute failure to protect any of them. Win-win. (Or lose, if you’re Bruce).
Except now Jason has a small and growing collection of Robins, and no idea what he’s supposed to do with them.

When one of their experiments is stolen by Lucian soldiers, it's decided that the best thing to do would be to remove the non-human appendages and raise the child as a human. No-one thinks about the issues that this might cause.
