  2. Summary

Murderer, traitor, usurper. Hero, liberator, Jarl. Ulfric Stormcloak is many things; a Tongue, a war veteran and the leader of a rebellion that will seal the fate of mankind.
And somewhere, buried beneath all the titles, there is a man. A self-proclaimed king, a former prisoner who will never be free of his past, a true Nord who belongs to Skyrim even if she will never belong to him.
He might be a good, noble man. He might not.

Many of these stories go hand in hand with the Blacktyde Chronicles, but since they are centered around Ulfric Stormcloak, I have decided to take them out of the BC and instead begin a new series. Much can be read on its own, though some things might be confusing without any knowledge of the main story.

The works currently included in the series are:

1: The Price of Freedom - post Helgen
    2: The Bear's Cub - Ulfric's childhood
3: Coming Home - Ulfric returns from the Great War
4: The City of Stone - Markarth Incident retold
5: A Voice in the Dark
    6: Uncooperative
8: A Surprise for the Jarl
9: A Surprise from the Jarl

    Not yet written:

7: The Rebellion - major spoilers for HT

  3. Summary

The (mis)adventures of Wulfryk the mishap-magnet, son of a drunk outcast, wanted criminal and supposed Stormcloak supporter; caravan guard, lifelong vagabond, master opportunist and occasional petty thief.
Professional pain in the arse and lazy slob of a Dragonborn, at least according to his beloved and housecarl, Argis.

The works currently included in the series are 'Before the Storm', 'A Wild and Wicked Youth', 'High Tide', 'On the Road to Ruin', 'The Value of Family', 'Public Indecency', 'Bruma' and 'Sweets to the Sweet'.

Do not miss out on the accompanying series, 'The Price of Freedom' centered around Ulfric Stormcloak.

    Summary

Daud doesn’t believe in luck or coincidences. Nor is he particularly devout – the Seven Strictures are uncomfortably cultish – and likewise is not especially heretical, despite the Outsider’s mark on the back of his left hand. But if there is one thing he believes in, it’s the hand of the enigmatic little shit who rules the place beyond the physical world.

Daud, Corvo, Emily. An understanding is tentatively reached. The coup, redux.

It's not that Daud's a bad boss. Good minions are just terribly hard to come by.

    Summary

Granny Rags attempts revenge for Corvo’s interference in the sewers - it doesn't quite go as planned. Corvo likes the fact that his name means ‘crow,’ but that doesn’t mean he ever actually wanted to be one, and for once Daud is (arguably) not responsible for this mess.
