They aren’t sure why they like the videos. There’s no speaking, no super action or anything that would usually keep their attention. There’s nothing about the videos that scream, “Watch me, Ruby Rose!”
And yet?
They can’t take their eyes away from the movement of a pair of hands mixing ingredients or dumping containers of weighed ingredients into a single bowl. The hands with nails sporting different shades of pastel blues and greens, along with various sea animals, are so mesmerizing to watch. Pairing that with the food she prepares, and Ruby supposes that’s probably the combination that has them hooked on the videos.Requested by Butts_It_Is

Weiss wanted to be mad. At a lot of people. Sadly the only person she could be angry with was herself. And Ruby for being entirely adorable.
It had been going so well, aside from Ruby locking herself away for a week and drinking heavily for her next book. She wasn't a fan of her partner potentially turning into an alcoholic. After she’d pressed, she'd learned Ruby was doing it for Winter, or rather for her “future sister in law” as Ruby had stated to earn her “forgiveness” for the entire debacle from before.
At the words sister-in-law, Weiss’s objections had vanished and she’d disappeared into her headspace of imagining herself and Ruby at their wedding.

Ruby blinked, not expecting Weiss’ emotional outburst, and shook her head. “The restraining order is a bit much, don’t you think?” She chuckled somberly, the kind of chuckle one made to cope with tragedy. “Don’t worry Weiss, I’m not going to get back together with her, ever.”
Weiss let out a breath she didn’t know she’d been holding. Forget hiding a body, Weiss was wiping out Emerald’s entire existence. Before she could pledge herself to Ruby's cause, however, the Rose said something that would ruin Weiss’ life forever.
“I’m going to go out with you.”
“What?” Weiss screeched out, the blood draining from her face.
